Antakaa itsesi lohduttaa Atlantin valtameren hellävaraisista lappu-aaltoista aivan dyynien yli. Sleeping 10, Dinghy Beach Cottage on todellinen helmi. Nauti tästä korkealuokkaisesta uusintamuodosta (valmistunut 15. kesäkuuta 2018), jossa on kolme makuuhuonetta joissa molemmissa on oma kylpyamme (mestari king-vuoteella, kaksi huonetta, joissa on queen-vuode), parvi, jossa on kerrossänky ja 2 erillistä vuodetta lapsille. erillinen aula-amme, jossa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä, ja suuri perhehuone, josta on näkymät kuohuviinille. We went with our 2 granddaughters and had a great time! The home was beautiful and just like the photos and the girls used the pool non stop!Our hosting company was great with easy communication!The location was amazing right on the beach which we enjoyed with our bikes! Family retreat

We stayed at the property with my wife, to daughters (24,26), son in law, and mother in law. The house main floor has a great set up with 3 on suite rooms. The upstairs loft was nice but is open to the living room below. Location was excellent and had easy access to the beach. Beautiful big patio. Property manager was excellent. Really nice property.

Cute and Cozy!

Property check in was a breeze. Communal spaces such as Living Room, Kitchen etc. provided a cozy, casual vibe which was very inviting in the evenings for games and hanging out. Loved the kitchen - cozy vibe with various seating areas and high end pots/pans/appliances. Lacked some items that typically I see in rental homes (salt/pepper/extra garbage bags, etc), however this may be due to extra diligence on the part of the cleaning team. House was impeccably clean. I did have higher expectations with regards to the pictured “loft” space. The top bunk is SO close to the ceiling that it is really not logistically possible to comfortably sleep even a small child. There is also no privacy from main living room as it is a true loft. The pool is sparkling. My husband remarked that it is the best pool he has had on a HH rental. The pool itself is clean, lots of seating, plenty of towels, complete privacy from beach. The house comes with an umbrella (not highest quality) and 2 decent chairs. We purchased pool floats and beach toys for our stay. The owner also proves a $250 credit to rent equipment for the week. Only real “complaint” would be the carpenter ant issue. We did not even mention it during our stay so it is far from a “problem,” but we killed many of them during our stay. They hung out in all the rooms, around the baseboards. We found a couple in 2 of the showers as well.

Fantastic Dingy

We had a fabulous trip and the location cannot be beat. This is my dream house. There are perfect views of the ocean and pool. The outdoor space is wonderful and the house is functional and cute. The bathrooms are nice. I want to stay here again.

Even Better Than It Looks

We had a group of 7 people for my wife's 60th birthday celebration. We did a long weekend and wished we had longer. The house is beautiful and very clean. It's bigger than it looks from the outside and it's surrounded by nice trees that provide privacy (a lot of houses don't have this!). Our group loves to cook, and the kitchen is great for multiple "chefs" and onlookers. Excellent communication with The Vacation Company and the "free" beach equipment company - everything went as promised. We were there Oct. 12 - 16 and the pool and ocean water were still great tempurature. Nice patio/deck and the direct access to the beautiful beach was awesome. The mid-island location made it easy to do grocery/liquor runs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Private & beautiful beach home

Beautiful beach home along the ocean shores of Palmetto Dunes, this home had so many comfortable amenities like private pool, many views of the beach and shore, large deck/ patio, spacious kitchen and multiple baths for all the guests. The kids loved the loft bedroom space. It had the best views! The beach decor was simple and modern but warm and inviting. Pool was cleaned on Wednesday during our stay which was needed. Due to the location right on the beach, a simple floor vac would be helpful since sand is inevitably tracked in. But this is why we stayed here and it was lovely every day. This place is gorgeous and we loved every minute of our stay! Thank you for sharing your home via VRBO.

Beautiful Location

We really enjoyed our stay at 7 Dinghy. The house is absolutely beautiful and worked perfectly for my husband and I and two teenage girls. And the location is amazing. The views are stunning, the beach is wonderful and quiet. And the management company was honestly so helpful. We hit some cool weather and wanted to heat the pool at the last minute and they were so nice to work with with and accommodated our last minute request. Working with them overall was really a pleasure. They made the whole process very easy.

Perfect Location, with some shortcomings

We stayed for 3 weeks for a golfing trip - 4 girls. Some helpful comments for future guests: - 3 bedrooms are great whiich have own ensuites, but upstairs loft not recommended as a bedroom for adults (loud, not private, dangerously steep staircase) - needed more basic supplies for cleaning and kitchen - no screens on windows so couldn’t hear the beautiful waves of the ocean - price for 3 weeks Oct30-Nov20 was too pricey for the 4th bedroom shortcoming. We all had to take turns for a week in suboptimal sleeping arrangements

Loved this home, loved the location and was pleasantly impressed with it being as advertised (even better ) but did have a terrible experience with flying ants? Insects swarming the picture window in the living room and making their way to the other rooms. Rental co was notified and a representative brought and sprayed bug spray. Which helped kill them but left masses of dead insects. We think properly resealing the windows and doors will help. I hope rental company takes measures to fix this issue. We would love to stay here again.
