Nestled among lush landscaping and scenic lagoons, this inviting family home features a spacious open floor plan with a large living room designed for gathering—complete with cozy seating, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and a billiards table for added entertainment. The recently updated interior creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of island adventures.

    The fully equipped kitchen is a standout, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. Enjoy dining together at the large table or grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar. The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with two private master suites offering king beds, a guest room with a queen bed, and another with a queen and two twin beds—each thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy.

    Ideally located between Harbour Town and the beach, this home makes it easy to bike to all that Sea Pines has to offer. Four free adult bikes and backpack beach chairs are provided, making trips to the shoreline or a scenic ride through the community effortless. Guests also enjoy access to a nearby pool and playground, perfect for families traveling with children.

It's very spacious - everyone could spread out and have their own space. There are 2 decks for maximum outdoor enjoyment. The kitchen is well stocked. The house was very clean and very comfortable. It's an easy bike ride to Harbour Town, South Beach Marina and beach access points. We are so thankful we were able to stay here for our trip!

This is a great property located in Sea Pines. It is a 5 min bike ride to the beach path by Snowy Egret and Surf Scoter. The description states that 1 room had twin beds, 1 queen, 1 king and 1 room with 2 twin beds and queen bed. The room listed with twin beds is now a king room which had us scrambling for the sleeping arrangements but we were able to move kids around. Great layout of the house. The kitchen was fantastic with all the gadgets that you need. The pool table room was a big hit with the teenagers. Lots of bikes in the garage (there are actually 8 bikes) no need to rent any. We loved our time there and are hoping to book again over the Holiday season,
