Bedroom 2 provides a spacious living space showcasing two queen beds and a Smart TV.

Venture up to the second level, where you are greeted by a loft kitchenette area furnished with a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The expansive Bedroom 3 features two Queen beds with an en-suite, providing a cozy retreat for travelers. Additionally, Bedroom 4 serves as a second Primary King suite equipped with a balcony, desk area, and ensuite. Lastly, Bedroom 5 serves as a luxurious third Primary King suite highlighting multiple seating areas, dedicated workspace, and en-suite with jet garden tub!

The final level features the Ultimate Kid's Retreat with 3 sets of triple bunk beds, video games, bean bags, and a Smart TV. This space is perfect for a family movie night!

✓ Street parking and parking on grass or pine straw are prohibited by the town.
✓ The Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
✓ The pool does not have safety equipment. All activities are at your own risk.
✓ Pool Heat: November - February: No pool heat, February & March: $350 per week/$50 per day, April - August: No charge for pool heat, September and October: $350 per week/$50 per day
✓ Please let us know so we can prepare pool heat for your arrival
