    Tervetuloa 3 Wanderer Lane -hotelliin, upeaan kaksikerroksiseen kotiin, joka on vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannalta ja sijaitsee North Forest Beachillä Hilton Head Islandilla! Tämä koti on päivitetty ja on upea! Siitä hetkestä lähtien, kun kävelet portaita ylöspäin ja astut kotiin, olette innoissaan.

    Suuri huone on kutsuva ja avoin ruokailutiloille ja keittiölle. Huonekalut ovat kauniita, runsaasti istumapaikkoja, suuri taulu-tv takan yläpuolella, lämmin puulattiat ja runsaasti auringonpaistetta, joka lähtee ikkunoiden seinältä, tekevät huoneesta niin mukavan ja kutsuvan. Keittiö on suuri, hyvin varusteltu ja on avoinna ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, joten tämä on täydellinen keittiö, jos sinun täytyy kokata lomalla. Hotellissa on myös aurinkoinen aamiaishuone, jossa on suuri maatilapöytä ja paju tuolit, jotka sijaitsevat keittiön ulkopuolella ja josta on näkymät tilavalle allasalueelle.

    On 2 master-sviittiä, jotka sijaitsevat kodin ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, makuuhuoneissa on uudemmat huonekalut, mukavat vuodevaatteet ja tarvikkeet sekä taulutelevisio, oma kylpyhuone suurilla kylpyammeilla. Tässä kerroksessa on myös puoli kylpyamme ja pesutupa, jossa on täysikokoiset laitteet. Laskeutumiskohdan yläkerrassa on ylimääräinen oleskelualue, jossa on sohva, ylimääräiset istuimet ja TV, joten tämä on täydellinen lapsi vetäytyä kotiin. Muut 4 makuuhuonetta sijaitsevat toisessa kerroksessa sekä 2 kylpyhuonetta. Yläkerran vuodevaatteet koostuvat kuninkaasta, 4 erillistä vuodetta ja kuningatar, 2 makuuhuonetta on televisio ja kaikki ovat kauniisti kalustettuja ja sisustettuja.

    Koti sijaitsee vain muutaman askeleen päässä Hilton Headin koskematon ranta ja lyhyt pyöräretkelle Coligny Plaza -aukiolle ja tenniskentille. On oma uima-allas kotona, suuri uima-allas, ruokailutila ja kaasugrilli sijaitsevat myös uima-altaan äärellä. Pysäköinti on sallittua liitteenä olevassa autotallissa, lisäkustannustilaa kotitalossa ajotieltä.

This home was the perfect location to be close to the beach with a short walk over. Plenty of space with beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was incredible and the pool was fun! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay and the few problems we had were taken care of promptly. One of the twin beds had broken slates and was replaced.

Amazing Location - House Ok

The property at first glance was perfect. Open floor plan, plenty of space. What we did like- the bikes provided were in good shape and we enjoyed them! Beach towels were provided. TV had plenty of options and the kids loved Disney + However, the outlets in the bathroom didn't work- the breaker tripped constantly. There was black duct tape holding the bathtub together. The door handle to the garage was sticky and most of the time we just walked around. The hot tub is not hot unless you pay extra. The location was amazing though and the neighbors were so nice! The decor was nice. But the bathroom was musky and the refrigerator barely stayed cold. I keep trying to come back to the positives, but we weren't that impressed with the home and all its issues- but the location was nice!

As advertised

We’ve stayed at other vrbo and this one was the best. Exactly how they advertised it. Minutes to the beach was less than 5 minutes. We had a lightning storm and it took out our upstairs air conditioning. They were very quick to come out and fix it for us. My only concern was we paid extra for the spa to be heated and it wasn’t

2021 Family Vacation

The house was a perfect layout for our family. We did have to rent baby gates for the stairs as they are all wood. We had a few hiccups with doors and showers not working properly but the property manager fixed it in a timely manner. The location is unbeatable - just a short 30 second walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood and far enough away from Coligney traffic. Parking more than 3 vehicles was really tight and street parking is almost impossible. The house had dishwasher pods and laundry pods which was a nice touch. Be sure to bring your own coffee K-cups because the ones they provide you are not compatible with the machine. The overall experience was great and we will more than likely book again for next year.

Great location, with maintenance issues

Overall, our family enjoyed our stay in this property . The location is terrific! We loved the proximity to the beach and found the size of the home just right for our family group of 11. However, there are definitely some maintenance issues with the property. When we first walked in, there was a broken chair in the living room that was turned upside down. One morning of our stay as it was pouring down rain, water started pooling by the door that goes out to the pool. None of the outside lights work except the ones by the front door. The clothes dryer didnt dry clothes. The doorknob and closet doorknob in the upstairs left twin-bed room fall off when you touch them. The pocket door in the left jack-and-jill bathroom upstairs doesnt work. There is also a strong mold smell in some areas as well as mold on ceilings, especially in bathrooms. The door on the downstairs powder room does not close completely. We reported all of these issues to the property manager. They sent a someone to repair the dryer, which was greatly appreciated. None of the other reported issues were addressed other than with "we're sorry and will notify the property manager."

Liked the house and location, property description and management were awful

We had stayed at this property before and were excited to stay there again. The property description failed to mention the major construction happening next door (clearly had been going on for months). This should have been disclosed in the listing. Construction started at 7 am and lasted until 6:30/7:00 pm daily. Not great at all, especially when you have an 18-month-old. Made the pool essentially unusable. Multiple times during the week our driveway, and even the road itself, were blocked with construction vehicles so we couldn't get our cars in or out. Reached out to the property management company multiple times during the week. We were always told our property manager would get back with us...he NEVER did. Again, love the house and location. Will never rent from this property management company again.

Great week

House was great. Everything worked and location was everything we hoped for. Watch out going up the stairs to the bedrooms however. If you have ever watched "Modern Family" you will know what I mean.

Well done!

Our family group shared this very comfortable and newly redecorated home last week and found it very enjoyable. A very short walk to the beach and a fun one mile bike ride to Coligny Plaza, this house had everything we wanted. We enjoyed biking the trails in the morning, a swim in the pool and a relaxing time on the deck before lunch. then a wonderful afternoon on the beach. The beach in this area never felt overcrowded at all, though we could see larger groups of people in both directions. The house has enough TV's for everyone to find something interesting to watch after dark. The master suites were beautiful and all of the beds very comfortable. The kitchen was great for group cooking and snacking. There were not one, but two large dining tables and plenty of seating. When we reported that the gas grill had given it's last, a brand new grill was quickly delivered. Of course the house is close enough to drive to any of the wonderful restaurants on the island. We will certainly think about this vacation fondly. Thanks to everyone who made our stay one to remember.
