Tämä kaunis neljän makuuhuoneen, kolmen kylpyhuoneen koti sijaitsee Sea Pinesin Harbor Townin golfkentän 17. väylällä, josta on näkymät 16. vihreälle ja Calibogue Sound -kadulle. Kodin edessä on oma piha, joka johtaa etuoven sisäänkäynnille. Kun kävelet ranskalaisten ovien läpi, huomaat merenkulun asuinalueen aulan alaosassa. Olohuone koostuu ruokasalista, jossa on kuusi istuinta, aamiaispöydästä, jossa on neljä istuinta, ja olohuoneesta, jossa on takka, baarikeittiö, TV, DVD-soitin ja panoraamanäkymät golfkentälle ja ääni. Olohuoneesta pääset päivitettyyn keittiöön, jossa on runsaasti tilaa ja säilytystilaa. Keittiö uudistettiin kokonaan vuonna 2012 uusilla kaapilla, työtasoilla ja laitteilla. Keittiön ulkopuolella on pesutupa, jossa on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sekä pääsy autotalliin.

Jatkaen ensimmäiseen kerrokseen löydät upea päällikön kylpyhuone. Äskettäin uusittu, kylpyhuoneessa on graniittitasot, hänen nielujaan ja suihkukaappi penkillä. Makuuhuone on täydellinen rentoutumista rentouttava, ja se on juuri päivitetty upouusi king-size-vuode. Siinä on vaatehuone, taulu-TV VHS: llä ja oma aurinkoterassi. Toisessa kerroksessa on kolme makuuhuonetta. Ensimmäisessä makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, täynnä kylpyamme ja graniitti työtasot. Seuraavassa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, taulu-tv ja vaatehuone. Tämän huoneen yhdistäminen viimeiseen makuuhuoneeseen on jaettu kylpyhuone, jossa on graniittitasot ja iso pesuallas. Viimeisenä, mutta ei vähäisimpänä, meillä on kolmas makuuhuone. Tässä huoneessa ei ole yhtä, vaan kaksi queen-vuodetta, kauniilla, yksityisellä aurinkoterassilla, josta on näköala golfkentälle ja ääni.
Tämän kodin takakansi antaa sinulle todella parasta Hilton Head -kokemusta! Pieni uima-allas on keskellä suurta aurinkoterassi, jossa on istumapaikkoja koko perheelle ja uskomattomat näkymät kuuluisan Harbour Townin golfkentän 17. väylälle. Nauti uima-altaasta ja näkymästä, mutta voit myös kokata ulkona hiiligrillillä ja ruokailla ulkona olevan pöydän ääressä, johon mahtuu kuusi. Tässä kodissa on rannikkovalo, jossa on ripaus merenkulkua. Se on todella täydellinen koti poissa kotoa.

Beautiful house, location and wonderful stay. Our air went out one evening and they had maintenance there the next day to fix it. Very responsive team throughout the booking, check in, stay and check out! Super easy and just a great trip before school started back!

So much fu!

Had plenty of room for two families. Small pool was perfect for relaxing after a hot day at the beach and enjoying the fantastic evenings. Comfortable living room, great table space for game nights, full sized kitchen - stocked with all the appliances we needed. The location in sea pines was amazing too. Overall it was a great time and I'd highly recommend it!

The location is excellent. The common areas are fantastic. The layout of the bedrooms upstairs was difficult. Two twin beds with an en-suite and the other two bedrooms with 2 queens and one queen shared a jack and Jill bath. I would have preferred the single queen have the en suite to accommodate an adult couple. Just my two cents! The outdoor furniture around the table were clean but stained. We really enjoyed our stay and will most likely come back! Thank you for a great week!

We enjoyed the home. Beautiful and quiet location. We just needed the pool to be a little cleaner and the HVAC struggles to keep up with the heat. We were careful to keep doors and blinds closed.

This was our fifth annual family visit to Sea Pines. This was the first time we rented a house that was managed by Beachside Getaway. Their customer service is top notch! It began with communication before we arrived, and everyone was very attentive throughout our stay.This house is a large, very well decorated 2 story home located on the Harbour Town golf course. The location is ideal. We walked over to the light house/restaurants and shops frequently. We rented bikes and rode everywhere! But, we also thoroughly enjoyed being at the house and swimming in the pool. The deck/patio area is much larger than what you see in photos. There is a gas grill, which is a great touch! The whole house was very well stocked (much better than others we've rented) and it would be easy to stay for much longer than we did on this trip. I would say be careful in choosing who sleeps in each bedroom; the smaller of the 2 bedrooms that share the bathroom on the second floor definitely hears a lot of house/bathroom noises. We had a great stay and we would rent this house again!

Wonderful stay on Windjammer in Habour Town!

Drove / flew down from Niagara, Canada to our favourite place Hilton Head and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in Sea Pines. 5 adults and an infant. Location was superb, home was clean, kitchen was useful, pool was enjoyable, and walking distance to Harbour Town shops and restaurants for breakfast/lunch/dinner! We enjoyed watching the golfers on hole 16, the sunsets on 18, and the wildlife in the pond behind us! Got up early and walked the golf course in the AM and went there for breakfast one day. Check-in and process coming in and out of Sea Pines was very easy. About 10 minutes to the Sea Pines Beach Club that we enjoyed and we even made use of the community pool with our 1 year old that is just past the HTGC clubhouse. Highly recommend, I can’t wait to come back, just hope our family doesn’t outgrow this beauty too soon!

Golf get away

Overall a favorable experience. The accommodations were nice and just as described and the house had all we needed (cooked in one night using the grill). The deck needs a little work (some warped boards and elevated nails) but it was wonderful to sit out there with a cocktail and enjoy the weather, view and course. Located close to a number of fine restaurants and Harbor Town within easy walking distance. Would return if group decides to do Hilton Head again. Thank you!

Overall property was as described. Great location easy walk to Harbortown. 1hour from Savannah. House overlooked the golf course! Enough room for the 8 of us! Check in check out extremely easy. The rental group very very responsive. Answered back quickly and timely! Only issue slight musty odor when we first got there but opened doors and windows was fine for rest of stay. Overall would rent again!

Great week with family

An easy walk to Harbortown, the location of the home is ideal for shopping, grabbing ice cream, or morning treats at the bakery. The house itself is dated - do not expect luxury appointments. The carpets are dingy and stained, the decor simple, the appliances are old, but all the beds must have new mattresses because there were no complaints about comfort! The pool is small - fine for a quick cool off but not much more. The deck furniture is plastic and not comfortable. We enjoyed watching golfers approaching the 16th green and walking on the cart path in the evening to the sound. The management team was responsive and helpful with our requests. Overall a fine place for a week’s stay on beautiful Hilton Head Island!

Perfect Teen Family Getaway

Often traveling with older teens become a struggle of balancing activities, however, with amenities/activities available at or near house everyone enjoyed this getaway. We enjoyed pool, sat and watch the afternoon storms under the covered deck, loved watching birds and alligator in lagoon behind house. Husband and I really enjoyed morning coffee on deck and grilling with cocktails in the evening.

Lovely location with excellent views from the deck

The property was very nice with a good open concept. A little older than it looks on the photos and could do with a little maintainence. The property was generally clean but the floors definitely need a deep clean (our feet were getting dirty from walking just inside!). Only thing to note is the smaller double bedroom is very basic, with little privacy and the air conditioning unit is next door - this and with a particular vent in the room makes it quite noisy in there. Other 3 rooms are perfect though. Excellent view from the deck. You can just see the sound and a great view of the golf course. Easy few minutes walk to Harbor Town either through the golf course by the sound or a quicker back road. Could do with a crib. Easy parking for 3 cars.

Amazing stay!!

This property is everything that is shown and more. The location is perfect. It is within easy walking and biking distance to Harbour Town. The view of the golf course and lagoon are beautiful. We enjoyed seeing an alligator, turtle, and many beautiful birds. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything a family would need. We have been to Hilton Head several times and this house was by far our favorite. The renting process and rental managing company were top notch. We would definitely consider going back to this house again.
