November 2022 Stay

We are between homes so this rental was perfect and a nice relaxing week away from hotels! Beverly and her people are always so thoughtful and accommodating and the rental house was just what we needed. We have rented for years from her and will continue to do so. Other rentals are no comparison to her quality and cleanliness.

Location was easy to find and we liked riding bikes to the nature preserve and the beach from there. Hope to get back someday!

A Beautiful Home & Great Service in Sea Pines!

I must admit that Sea Pines is one of my very favorite vacation destinations. We have spent many vacations in Sea Pines and have never been disappointed. This vacation was no exception and this home was no exception! The home is in a wonderful location, being located near the "front" of Sea Pines so when you are looking to leave, you don't have far to travel. The neighborhood was amazing with every home being taken care of in a beautiful setting. The community provided a wonderful pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts for guests to enjoy. The home was clean and inviting with everything you need. The home was very well stocked (especially the kitchen) with just about anything you could ask for. In addition, the homeowners generously provide access to beach/pool equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas. And let's not forget the screened-in porch! What a great view of the lagoon! We were not disappointed in any way and would absolutely consider renting this home again if it was available when we were visiting! BTW, the management company was very attentive, as well. First class!

The overall experience from initial interest to checkout was awesome. The management team was very responsive and the unit had everything we needed and more. The only suggestion would be to change the shower head in the master bedroom because it had very low pressure. Thank you.

You can’t top Beverly Serral’s Bestnest homes. When in Hilton Head I would never rent from anyone else. The location is great so close to Sea Pines front gate.

The only negative was the lack of privacy; there are houses that look straight into the house and no window coverings to correct this. Still a beautiful home, with every amenity one could expect. We did miss the garage entry into the home, rather than from outside, which brought mosquitoes inside each time the front door was opened.

Home away from home

The property is immaculate. The accommodations, finishes, and little touches made us feel like we were at home. The property management team was responsive and extremely easy to work with. After a handful of trips to HHI, this has been our favorite home.
