Enjoy a taste of luxury in this beautifully updated private home centrally located in the Greenwood Forest section of Sea Pines, featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 baths to comfortably accommodate a party of 8. At 8 Pine Court you have quick access to all of the amenities of Sea Pines while still providing privacy and serenity for a relaxing stay.

Take in the lush wooded views from the expansive deck as you relax in the outdoor hot tub. You'll find a gas grill, fire pit, and plenty of seating for family cookouts or a perfect place to relax and unwind. The fully-equipped kitchen with prep bar, wine fridge, and stocked condiments is perfect for putting together a picnic basket for the beach or a delicious meal to serve at the dining table. The spacious open plan is fitted with comfy furnishings that make it so easy to curl up with a good book or host a family movie or game night.

The bedrooms will please everyone. A king suite, queen beds and twin beds offer comfortable sleeping accommodations and three full baths make preparing for the day a breeze. Additional home amenities include a pack-n-play and high chair so family rentals are easy. A community recreation area featuring pool, tennis and playground is right in the neighborhood for guests to enjoy. Don't forget to rent some bicycles and enjoy the safe, dedicated bike paths all throughout Sea Pines and beyond.

Here you have easy access to all Sea Pines amenities, including Sea Pines Beach Club, Sea Pines tennis, pickleball and golf courses including Harbour Town Golf Links, home to the PGA tour event, RBC Heritage of Golf. (Bonus! Less than 5 minute walk to the golf course for the PGA tour event from your front door). The waterfront South Beach Marina Village is only five minutes away by car. PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $17. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $400 non-refundable fee for first dog, with an additional $200 for the extra dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.
* The community pool at Greenwood Forest is open from April 15th through October 15th each year.

Great location and beautiful house!

Very pleased with Host2Coast! I love how they sent me pre-arrival instructions, departure reminders, etc. their portal is easy and user-friendly! They had tips of things to do in Hilton head and recommendations. The house was just like it was listed as. Clean, beautiful, enough amenities included, and great location! Would book again!

Perfect place

This 4 bedroom home was absolutely perfect for our Golf trip. Every amenity that you could think of was there. The hosts communicated very well, and we had a very enjoyable time. The bonus was the hot tub. For 4 old golfers after a round, that was a lifesaver. Highly recommend. We'll stay there again.

65th trip around the sun.

I celebrated a milestone birthday on the island. We rented this house because it looked big enough and had a hot tub. It is a beautiful house. However the loft room up the narrow staircase has little privacy and we had a hard time managing the temperature. Upstairs was very hot. Downstairs was cold. Overall a wonderful stay.

well appointed house, far to the beach

The property itself was woodsy and comfy. The kitchen was great. The TV was very hard to use. The house is very far from the beach and Sea Pines only lets 50 cars with "our" passes to park; the trolley was fine but less convenient than just driving. We also did not have access to the fitness center on the property. The towels, bags, and goodies left by host were great. Plenty of linens and paper goods.

Not As Advertised!!

Property condition did not compare to pictures. Beds were difficult to sleep on. Could not even use master bed. Ceiling vents rusted and full of dust. Was not the luxury property advertised. Then spent first day cleaning floors, food stains in frig, dog stains on wall and baseboards . Called mgmt who was disappointed to hear the feedback and refunded cleaning fee. While nice did not make the stay more enjoyable. We ended leaving a day earlier than what was planned and paid. We will not ever stay at this property again.

We loved our stay at this property! Great proximity to everything on the sea pines resort. 5-8 min bike ride to the beach! Instructions for check in were very clear. Everything at the house was great! We had the best week and will be returning next year if possible!

Wonderful retreat

What a beautiful home with all the creature comforts that you want and more. You walk in and feel instantly at home, bonus, lights are labeled, and the spice cabinet is stocked (nice touch). You have your choice of where you want to spread out, sunroom, living room, or hot tub and deck. Quiet location, easy access to two beaches, (about a 15-minute walk to the beach). Can't wait to return!

Great stay in Sea Pines

We spent 3 weeks in Oct/Nov at a well kept home in the Greenwood Forest community. Dealing with the host was real easy...Host2Coast was responsive and made check-in & checkout process a breeze. We found the property to be clean and well maintained and considering it's pet friendly there was not a trace of prior furry guests. The property was well stocked with everything we needed including all kitchen supplies. Everything in the home was in good working condition. The property is located in Greenwood Forest community which is quiet but within a short ride or walk to all Sea Pines amenities like the beach club, Center shopping area and Harbour Town. If you're looking for a peaceful, clean pet friendly place to stay - would highly recommend this home.

A great little get away in a cozy Sea Pines house

We were looking for nice comfy house in Sea Pines for a few days in October (the best time of year). It was just my wife and I so we wanted something that wasn't too big. We saw the pictures of this house and snapped it up. It was perfect. It's a short bike ride or car ride to the beach, and centrally located. The decor was very comfortable and homey. The only comment I would have to the owner is to dial the overhead lights back a bit - they are those bright white LED lights that have a commercial feel. Softer lighting would make this house even more cozy. But that is just a small thing. We loved the house and would definitely rent it again!

Great house and management company.

The property was as advertised. Communication was great-they were available by text and very responsive . We had a little trouble with the wifi going in and out and the hot tub didn't work but those were the only problems. The house was clean and well stocked and we enjoyed the spacious dining room, family room and sunroom. A wonderful family vacation.

The location is perfect, maybe a 10 min bike ride to Beach Club and 20 min to Harbour Town. The kitchen was the best supplied kitchen l have come across and the back yard is extremely private! The hot tube and deck was a great bonus.
