This home comfortably welcomes up to 12 guests and was designed with both fun and relaxation in mind. The pirate suite is every kid’s fantasy: twin-over-full bunks for six, a lofted crow’s nest hideout, its own TV/game zone, full bath, and kitchenette. Meanwhile, the adults get their own slice of paradise with two king bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and three additional bathrooms to keep mornings easy.

The main living area is all about together time — soaring ceilings, a stone fireplace, big-screen TV, and French doors opening to the patio. The kitchen is a showpiece in itself, with high-end appliances and plenty of space for the family chef (or for spreading out the takeout from your favorite Hilton Head restaurants).

Step outside and you’ll find the kind of backyard that vacations are made of: a sparkling private pool, sun-soaked patio, gas firepit, and nearly three-quarters of an acre to enjoy.

- Two weekly Shipyard gate passes are included in the rental.
- The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older.
- The private pool can be heated for an additional fee. We recommend heating the pool between October and May. A minimum three-day notice is required for heating requests, and the pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay if requested.
- Pack ‘n Play and high chair are available upon request. To ensure they are set up and ready at check-in, please request them in advance prior to your arrival day.
