Architectural Masterpiece with Private Pool by Esthetic Stays

Triple Cleaned, New construction home! This 7,200sf Beach home is the PERFECT rental for any occasion; weddings, family vacation, reunions, etc. A 2 minute walk to the beach, beautiful views and plenty of living space! The home is located in Bradley Beach area of Hilton Head Island. The home has four covered balconies, an infinity pool, two living rooms, 10 bedrooms and a private elevator. Whether you're planning a family vacation, wedding, or corporate retreat, this home will fit your needs.

The space
The home has 10 bedrooms (8 king beds and 2 sets of bunk beds in (2 sets in each room) and will sleep 24 comfortable. 12 bathrooms and 2 living spaces. The first floor has 1 king, the second and third floors have 3 kings and a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds and the top level has 1 king. All bedrooms have a private bath attached. DOn't worry, there is a private elevator that goes from the garage to each floor.

Other things to note
Pool heating is available for $100 per day.

The maximum occupancy for this property is strictly limited to 20 guests.

This house is amazing. Very clean, great views, just steps from the ocean, huge kitchen. comfortable beds, I could go on and on. Exactly as described and pictured. We didn't want to leave. We are already recommending it to our family and friends. The best place to stay on Hilton Head in our opinion. Our host was very attentive and made sure we didn't need anything. Thank you for making our stay better than we could have expected.

We had a great stay and the house is in a great location! Close to restaurants, shopping, golf & the beach. We were pleasantly surprised by the huge garage where we could store stuff and park 3 cars. Parking was not a problem. Issues were handled quickly and communication was good. A little tricky to cook a Thanksgiving meal for 18 with a small oven and one spatula but we made it happen.

We absolutely love this vacation house with close proximity to the beach with private pool. Our family enjoyed the spacious rooms, kitchen area, and recreation area. It is perfect for a large size family reunion. It also is handicap accessible with elevator access to each of the floor. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay

Exceptional vacation area, clean with plenty of room and personal space and even though it was extra cold, the youngsters enjoyed the heated infinity pool.

Family reunion house

Great property for our family reunion. We had adults and kids, there were plenty of rooms. Great common space for everyone to hangout and catch up in. Location was perfect with a short walk to the beach. Beach carts, toys, and chairs were handy for the beach. Only complaint was the ice maker was broken but other than that it was perfect!

Awesome house!

We used this property for our large family vacation with 15 of us and it was perfect! There was space for everyone and we all enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Home!

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was everything we thought it would be. Having 8 King bedrooms with their own bathroom worked out perfect for our group of 8 golfers. The views from the top level are awesome!

The house is as advertised. It is beautifully furnished and very close to the beach. One of the AC units malfunctioned. I text the number provided and maintenance came right out on a Sunday afternoon. He arranged to get the unit fixed within hours providing great customer service. Our family and friends of 15 are very pleased and will most definitely consider booking this property again.

Loved everything about this property! The home was even more beautiful in person. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. It was a nice surprise that there were some wagons and beach chairs to use if needed.

Beautiful property

Lots of space!!! plenty of parking, EZ 7 minute walk on a boardwalk to the beach. Lots of parking available. Easily accommodated our group of 20 adults and 2 small children.

Great Property

Recently completed a 3 day golf trip to Hilton Head. This particular house could not have been more perfect for a group of 8 adults. This house and location exceeded our expectation at every level. The owner was extremely responsive to all of our questions during our stay. I would strongly recommend to any large group planning a trip to Hilton Head.

Great property!

This property was perfect for our large group of children, young adults, and adults. The house was clean and spacious! The location provided a stunning view, and easy access to the beach. The property manager was very accommodating. Overall we would recommend renting this house to anyone with a large group looking to meet at the beach for the weekend.

Family Vacation

This was a great property to have our family of 15 to meet up for some much needed downtime. The property was spacious and fully equipped to handle our many family meals and karaoke and game nights. The host answered all questions and proper communication was provided regarding the property prior to arrival. We truly enjoyed this home and are planning to come back for another meetup.

This home was amazing. Every bedroom had a beautiful private bath and the pool was perfect.

Eight couple rented this home. It was amazing and clean and had everything we needed. The pool was heated and beautiful and the ocean was a two minute walk in front of us. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat!!!

Wonderful experience!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The rental had plenty of room for our family of 20 to gather, but also to have personal space when needed. We were very close to the beach and the Vrbo provided towels, beach chairs and wagons for towing all the gear. The garage and driveway could easily accommodate 6 cars/SUVs. All in all, we couldn’t have found a better place to stay in Hilton Head.

Kitchen lacked enough serving plates, etc. for our 20 guests. With 10 bedrooms, you should anticipate at least 20 place servings for the guests. Kitchen cookware (large bowls, some specialty utensils lacking.)2 bathrooms on 4th floor street side had tubs that did not drain well. Standing water each time. The Infiniti pool was shut off by the maintenance crew the 2nd day of our visit and never turned on again. Very limited seating area by the pool.The house is well designed and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, but as written above there were some issues.

Nice home

The home was clean and spacious, perfect for meetings and gatherings. However, the TVs in the rooms on the third and fourth floors didn't work despite our attempts to fix them. The main rooms were fine, but the bedrooms had connectivity issues. Overall, it was a great stay, and the place was well-stocked with towels, soap, and linens. We especially appreciated the laundry facilities on each floor. and the convenience of the elevator.

Great property!

The house was amazing and everything advertised. Works great for large groups. We had 8 adult couples and everyone had king bedroom with a great bathroom. The common areas accommodated everyone comfortably. The top floor with the shuffle board table was a great place to enjoy the beautiful beach views and hang out. The kitchen was large and there was plenty of storage and kitchen appliances/utensils. It was an easy walk to the beach. I would definitely rent again. The communication with the host was excellent as well.
