Tämä on kauniisti täysin uusittu 1 makuuhuoneen huoneisto, joka on Ocean Front -kompleksissa! Upeat näkymät merelle ja vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannalta. Et löydä mitään mukavampaa, SeaSide Villasissa ei ole mitään muuta! Tämä huoneisto on täysin uusittu ja siinä on erittäin korkealaatuiset pintakäsittelyt. Laadukas käsityötaito ja tyylikkäät mallit, kaikki uudet kalusteet, ylelliset lattialattiat, täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa korkealaatuiset ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, sileä yläkeittotaso, kiertoilmauuni, älykäs mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukonelaatikko ja sisäänrakennettu jääkaappi! Muokatut kalusteet ja graniittitasot. KEURIG kahvinkeitin, Ninja-mehu / tehosekoitin ja leivänpaahdin. Parvekepöytä merinäköalalla ruokailuun! Uusi Serta Queen -hybridipatja, paljon kaappitilaa ja lipastossot, mittatilaustyönä tehdyt Capiz-riipusvalaisimet, hiustenkuivaaja, silitysrauta ja -lauta. Upea näköala merelle ja lähellä rantaa! Tämä yksikkö tarjoaa myös rantatuoleja, rantapyyhkeitä, sateenvarjoa ja pienen jäähdyttimen! Tämä yksikkö sisältää myös 2 BEACH CRUISER -polkupyörää ilman lisämaksua, sinun ei tarvitse vuokrata omaa! Tämä sijaitsee kompleksin rauhallisella puolella ja lisää yksityisyyttä! Siellä on suuri uima-allas ja BBQ-alue, ulkosuihkut tarjotaan ja Seaside Villas sijaitsee pääpyöräpolulla! Very nice place. Updated, modern and clean. Communication with host was awesome. Good view of the beach. Enjoyed the bikes and beach chairs. Would stay here again.

This condo was as advertised and a great spot for our long weekend getaway! Even despite locking ourselves out (user-error), the property manager was quick to help us out. We loved using the bikes to get around all over the island! Definitely would recommend this place for great getaway!

This unit has many updates and was perfect for just the two of us! Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the location. Anything we needed was readily available! The only thing that could be improved was the mattress- we both found it quite uncomfortable. Additionally, there was no mattress pad, just sheets on the bare mattress (which I didn’t care for in a rental unit). There are plenty of great dining and shopping options within walking distance! We didn’t move the car our entire trip (which my husband was happy about)! Definitely would return to this lovely property!

This condo is a keyless entry on the first floor with good ocean views. Upon first arrival, the unit looked and smelled very clean! It is beautifully updated and has everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the closet space large enough for clothes and shoes for two. A large dresser in the bedroom holds plenty of clothes. The bikes provided are very nice and not too worn. The only thing that needs any improvement is the lighting in the bathroom (definitely not dim) which my wife wished was only a little brighter to put on her make-up and the exhaust fan needs updated with a stronger unit. With that said, my wife and I did not want to leave. The owner was engaged, responded quickly to questions, and appeared to want to help in any way she could. We will definitely try to rent this unit again when we return to HHI.

Excellent location with beach view. Property is dated. Room is modern. Patio has pretty good view. I wouldn’t stay there with more than 2 people. Overall a solid choice and I would come again.

We have been coming to Hilton Head for the past 12 years and loved the location between Coligny and Sea Pines. We were able to ride the bikes or walk everywhere. The unit was very clean and updated.

We really enjoyed our stay. Was a perfect spot. Walking distance to the Beach which we went to everyday. Lots of Restaurants close by and shopping. So much to do. Room was great very clean. Great location. Coligny Park was close by which had a lot of shopping and restaurants. Was the perfect relaxing vacation for my Husband and I.

Property was clean and exactly as advertised. The location was incredible! Easy beach access and a very short walk to restaurants and shops (even shorter if you use the fun bikes that are included which I highly recommend). Property manager was incredibly responsive and left a welcome gift which was a lovely touch. I also enjoyed the books with notes from previous guests and took some of their recommendations. I have zero regrets about choosing this property and highly recommend.

Heidi was a wonderful host. The condo was clean and in a great location. It was small but okay for 2 people. Condo was well equipped. We enjoyed the beach chairs and bikes. The washing machines were close by, worked well and were clean.

What a beautifully decorated unit! Has a VERY comfortable queen bed, great view, and the proximity to EVERYTHING is incredible!!! We stay here every year! The owners have thought of every detail and provide every luxury you could need! This is the BEST Seaside unit!!!

Loved the short walk to the beach and only one flight of stairs. Beautifully updated and stylish. Parking was never a problem. Outdoor shower was helpful. Located close to great restaurants, both casual and fancy as well as grocery, drug store and anything else you would want.

Lovely little apartment! Nicely furnished and decorated! Beautiful beach access! Bikes were fun to ride on the beach! The pans need to be replaced though. All the teflon is coming off the skillets and they’re all scratched up. Would have been nice to have had more than one roll of toilet paper and more wash clothes! Too bad a king wouldn’t fit in the bedroom area!

Very clean and cozy villa. Great location, so close to the beach. Owner provided all necessary items and extras too ( beach chairs and bikes). We had a quiet and relaxing time at a beautiful beach.

Great location, so close to beach, restaurants and Sea Pines. Having the bikes to use was great as HH is so bicycle friendly and it saves the cost and hassle of hiring bikes. The villa is small but tastefully decorated and has a restful vibe.

This Villa is beautiful!! It is exactly as pictured. Extremely clean & well maintained, beautifully decorated, view & location excellent! Heidi was a gracious host who answered all of our questions, response time was almost immediate as was Nicole’s. Can’t say enough good things about our experience. Heidi contacted us to let us know the beach chairs provided were broke and she overnighted 2 new ones to the villa. First time to Hilton Head & we will be back!
