Jack was lovely who works there, couldn't be more helpful, if anything he should be higher up. Hotel was okay, a few hickups. Evening manager wasn't overly helpful. But Jack turned up to help without even fully starting his shift.

Good location for Resorts World Arena
The only negative thing was the air conditioner which only expelled warm or hot air. Otherwise no complaints. We pretty much got what we expected. The walk to the Resorts World Arena was less than 10 minutes. Awesome.
