”The room was extremely comfortable, clean and full of character, staff went above and beyond with every detail and extremely polite and helpful.
The food was excellent and catered for everyone’s price and taste.
The gym and pool facilities are well played out and clean.
I can’t wait to visit again”

”Stayed here over the bank holiday as a family of 4. The hotel itself is nice and the outside space is green and relaxing.
However, we were given a very hot top-floor room during 28°C weather, with no air conditioning and windows that barely opened. The fan provided did not help and none of us could sleep. This room really should not have been given to a family in such hot weather in the first place.
At 2am we had to ask for another room, which meant moving tired children in the middle of the...

”I liked the leisure complex which was obviously built more recently than the hotel. Lovely pool and steam room. The gardens were also lovely- you can sit out and have a drink- great when the weather is sunny.?handy for Aldershot and nearby army venues”

”Good food and a clean and very comfortable room. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The facilities included full spa services including very good facials and the rest of the treatments. The swimming pools were clean and were providing experiences for small children whilst rhe other pool catered for over 18s. It was a relaxed and very comfortable way to spend 24 hours catching up with my sister.
