For the price, is a good property. Convenient for our purposes. While not up to more modern standards, it is reasonably furnished. Location is a bit noisy due to traffic and trains. Limited decent food options.

This is our 3rd year staying here for my son’s birthday in March. Affordable and having the 2 rooms with a kitchen is so nice. This was a great stay! The room and hotel itself were up to date and was overall a great location to check out the Berkshires. We ate one night at the hotel too and the dinner was really good! I recommend the mushroom ravioli, would stay again.

I had not visited the Ponds for 30 years. It has not gracefully aged. Condo unit has not been updated since it was built in the early 70s and it shows.
