Location is fab and staff helpful. We arrived at 2am and needed an extra duvet, no one at reception. Waited 10 min and the staff came from outside - empty reception at night even for a moment does not feel completely safe. Small apartment as expected in London, doors had marks from handles as they have crashed into each other, this could be fixed. Still, because of rate and location I would recommend. Thumbs up for wooden floors.

Never stayed in a hotel before with so many restrictions. Unable to check-in before 3pm, or use any of the leisure facilities until then. Had to pay ÂŁ50/night for my dog to accompany me when I booked the hotel specifically because it was advertised as dog-friendly. The dinner was poor quality, bread ...
