The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Evening entertainment was brilliant and a great laugh with bingo and Brian Harris. Breakfast was good and parking as well. Pool lets itself down as there were swimming lessons going on and badly behaved children with a loud swimming teacher. Not at all relaxing and ...
