”I would rate this hotel as one of the best we've ever stayed in the past. The facility is very clean and the location was excellent. The breakfast buffet was sufficient with good variety of food for everyone's preference. If we ever go back to Ho Chi Minh, I know where we'd stay.
That said, the only inconvenience was that the driver of the airport transfer couldn't locate the entrance of the hotel. We were dropped off at the entrance of the departmentt store at 11pm without knowing which way to...

”It felt that the hotel staff were only just trying to learn how to offer quality service to international customers in every aspect. It did not feel like a four star hotel, maybe 3. ”Outstanding experience from start to finish. This is my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel was spotless, the staff was attentive and welcoming. Amenities exceeded my expectations. Breakfast food buffet was above and beyond. The location is extremely convenient, and everything was well maintained. I would absolutely stay here again. ”
