”Exceptional. Clean rooms, modern building, and friendly staff. It has its own off ramp for Grab cars to pick you up. It’s central to everything. The building offers a terrace pool on the 6th floor (great/uncrowded escape). Attached to modern mall, felt like home (a good thing). Hard to imagine staying anywhere else on our next trip.”

”It felt that the hotel staff were only just trying to learn how to offer quality service to international customers in every aspect. It did not feel like a four star hotel, maybe 3. For example, the doormen (exept for one young gentleman, the polite and friendly guy with the good english and the eyeglasses) were tired, lazy and bored-looking.
