âIt felt that the hotel staff were only just trying to learn how to offer quality service to international customers in every aspect. It did not feel like a four star hotel, maybe 3. For example, the doormen (exept for one young gentleman, the polite and friendly guy with the good english and the eyeglasses) were tired, lazy and bored-looking. âI had good time and everything worked well. There are good views from roof restaurant. This hotel is on historical Dong Khoi street so it was safe location. Walking distance to sights and Japan town. Only thing there could be better electrical outlets in room.â
