âIt felt that the hotel staff were only just trying to learn how to offer quality service to international customers in every aspect. It did not feel like a four star hotel, maybe 3. For example, the doormen (exept for one young gentleman, the polite and friendly guy with the good english and the eyeglasses) were tired, lazy and bored-looking. Great location too! Cant imagine stayingbanywhere else. Great value for the dollar.

âLoved the customer service ! Shout out to Chloe for making wonderful recommendation and even helped get jewelry we left at a spa. She personally made sure it was found and delivered to us! Buffet breakfast is not huge selection as other large hotels but the quality was much better! Location canât be beat and I enjoyed the boutique hotel experience. Walls are little thin so you can hear room next door but they provided white noise machine to help with that. 1000% we would return and stay here....
