The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Were using the accessible room which was very spacious for a wheelchair user. Bonus breakfast with cereals and toast tea coffee and orange juice. Ample parking convenient for M1 and our 1 night stopover.

Great location, handy for the shops and evening entertainment. Parking less than a minute away. Great bar on the 14th floor with a great view over the surrounding concrete and countryside. Breakfast was good in the morning and the rooms were spacious and clean. Shower could do with an extra couple ...

Horwood House is a fantastic place to stay. The room was lovely, staff so helpful and attentive and the grounds are beautiful. We had dinner in Harryâs Bar and breakfast in 1911 restaurant and the food was wonderful in both. Would highly recommend.
