”Situated just over the bridge from the main hub of Hoi A this hotel is the perfect base if you want to escape the hussle and bustle of the centre but still be in walking distance to everything. The room was big and clean, the pool was a great way to cool off after hot days exploring. We had a load of laundry done which was returned quickly and to a high standard. Very helpful friendly staff, always on hand for any questions. I would recommend this hotel. ”

”The staff at The Saga Hotel, especially the manager, Ly, were exceptional and went above and beyond. Ly was so kind and courteous. She really went out of her way to help us. At check in, she upgraded our room so that we would have a quiet room to rest in. It was a beautifully decortaed room on a higher floor overlooking the pool. ”Beautiful Villa, great location and very friendly and considerate hosts! Pool was a nice bonus, yet the sunlight reached the sunlounges only for a couple or hours. Breakfast was good - you had to choose your meal from different options which was nice. Would definitely stay here again!”
