”Staff at Full Moon gave excellent service, and tried at all times to fulfil our needs. We are already planning to return next year for at least a month. Special thanks to Moon and Haley who went over and beyond, with Moon even driving me to government offices to deal with visa issues. Thanks to all the staff and gold stars for providing our delicious bread rolls and mangos. ”

”Best place to stay in Hoi An! The staff is super friendly, breakfast is delicious (banana pancakes are the best!), rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pool is great! ”

”The owners (Yuen and Lim) are wonderful, they really went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay with them. The room was quite large and comfortable, breakfast was tasty and filling, we had pancakes made by Lim and the pool was great for a dip in the hot and humid weather. It was relaxing and stress free. It's a little gem hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. I highly recommend staying there and great value.”

”Loved this hotel. Staff were so helpful, decor was lovely, room was very comfortable, pool area was great. Lots of small extra details that made it feel very special.
About a 10 min walk into the old town but lots of shops just outside makes it convenient.
Would definitely recommend.”
”Beautiful Villa, great location and very friendly and considerate hosts! Pool was a nice bonus, yet the sunlight reached the sunlounges only for a couple or hours.
Breakfast was good - you had to choose your meal from different options which was nice.

”I had a wonderful stay at Ivy Villa Hotel. The front desk staff were truly the best I’ve experienced—friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The location is just on the outskirts of the old town, which makes it quieter but still easily walkable to all the main attractions. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable rooms that made me feel right at home. A great balance of convenience, comfort, and warm hospitality. Highly recommend! And extremely affordable.”

”very helpful host in arranging laundry and transportation, albeit slightly more expensive, but paying for the convenience. gave recommendations for local food and tailor as well. room was very clean. had some issue with hot water initially but responsive in resolving it quickly. bikes looked to be in old condition, and we felt like we were discouraged from using them.”
