It wasn't spotless by any means, but not what I would consider dirty. We go in the lobby when we checked in at night or when we left at 7am. Our room balcony was taken over by gnats. The ironing board was lacking a pad. The grounds were well landscaped and clean. The dining hall was beautiful. The food was very good and the portions were plentiful.

Close enough to everything in the area but yet far enough away to be in the country. Loved this place. If you enjoy the outdoors this is the best fit for you. Hiking, creek wading, animals, and a small cave to hang out in. Will stay again.
