The in-room fireplace did not work because the resort shuts them off starting April 1st, but this was never disclosed when booking. ..."

"The hotel was fine. Room was OK. Only negative was the pool was at 75° after we researched it. It should at least been 80° in my children could not comfortably be in the actual pool. We were in the hot tub which was over 100° the entire day so fix the pool. You may have more swimmers."
