”I was very disappointed with my stay. The room appeared clean at first, but unfortunately I found roaches in the room, which made the experience very uncomfortable and unacceptable. Seeing pests in the room raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. I hope the management addresses this issue immediately, as it is not something guests should ever have to deal with during their stay ”

”Beautiful hotel directly on the beach, lovely pool and excellent breakfast. Only gripe was when we returned late we had no towels at all and no body wash in the shower, but would stay again if in the area. ”

”Wonderful view and recent refurbishment was nice, however elevator and water problems both requiring maintenance during our stay, caused inconvenience to customers. Room wasn’t clean especially floor and baseboards. I cleaned it myself after approaching front desk staff with another question and feeling like I was being a bother. I didn’t find front desk staff friendly at all. ”
