Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay . It's a great central location to access many of South Florida's offerings such as downtown Fort Lauderdale, Hard Rock Stadium, Hard Hotel, Nova Southern University, South Beach and more.

It's also conveniently located about 10 - 15 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International airport and Port Everglades.

Check in was very easy, and host sent the information well before we arrived. The kitchen was stocked with necessities like dishes and cutlery, garbage bags, dish soap/sponge. I was pleasantly surprised to find an air fryer and toaster oven as well! Communication with the host was easy and he was very responsive. Checkout was simple and left the responsibility for cleaning with the host/cleaning team. Living room couches and beds were comfortable and clean, and the AC worked REALLY well. We had some concerns about safety for those with mobility issues, but the host was very open to feedback about this. This rental was a great value for money paid, and one of the most affordable in the area. Also, the central location is a great as advertised. Overall this trip was pleasant and there was plenty of space for my family (5 adults) to enjoy each others company while having some privacy.

Great location close to Hard Rock Stadium

This is a great location very close to Hard Rock Stadium. Rony was a great host, very communicative. Check in and check out was really simple and easy. The house has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a nice backyard, very comfortable living area and a nice kitchen. The location was nice very close to the highway and places to eat. Everything was as detailed during booking. I can’t recommend this house enough. We had a great time.

Disappointed and frustrated Traveler

Arrived after being told not to arrive before 3pm for cleaning purposes to find filthy bathrooms in the entire house toilets dirty with dirt water rings inside the bowls, bathtubs covered with dead bugs/ insects including the bedroom window seals and floor board areas! Tons of cobwebs and spiders and also dead roaches visible on the main bedroom floor! Traveler beware and avoid unless this is your idea of a place to stay when away from home! Also VRBO was extremely difficult to deal with in regards to reporting and assisting with temporary housing due to our unexpected arrival conditions and also with receiving a refund because of course we didn’t stay at this property! It ruined our vacation stay because much was spent finding a new place and on the phone with VRBO explaining over and over again and submitting proof of the same which we did without a problem! This was the trip from Hell

Great place for quick visit

We were only in Fort Lauderdale for three days and this place worked perfectly. The location has easy access to airport, I-95, and all the major highways to get you anywhere you’d want to go. Bank’s, gas station, Walmart, the Hard Rock casino, and restaurants are all close by. The house was spacious and worked fine for six of us. Beautiful kitchen and well stocked. We were a little worried about the mattresses in the smaller two bedrooms as they seemed very firm, but we all slept just fine. Internet worked great for some work and a work meeting via Zoom.

It’s okay

I would give this property 2.5 stars, but i bumped it to 3 because we didn’t actually complain about anything while we were staying there, mostly due to us not spending a significant amount of time there. Taking a quick look at the property, it seemed clean and spacious. Looking closer, the space was really only half cleaned & it’s spacious because there’s nothing really in the house, which isn’t always a bad thing, but this proprietor doesn’t allow for events, so there’s no reason to bring more decor. It felt as though the property had been sitting stagnant & the dust hadn’t been removed before we arrived. My mother & I do have high cleanliness standards, but my fiancé, who doesn’t have terribly high standards, agreed, specifically when we saw the stain on our duvet cover that looks incredibly similar to a semen stain… we slept without the duvet cover without investigating more. The pillows also had someone else’s hair on them, so I switched those out for another set in the house. The primary bathroom is no larger than enough space for the sink, toilet, and tub, so be aware of that. They did have a good amount of surfaces to put stuff on, which is nice because they do have very large palmetto bugs crawling around & we found a lizard or two. It had a nice kitchen area, but the microwave was broken. All in all, it was just okay. I wasn’t uncomfortable, but I wasn’t fully comfortable. Good place to rest your head, but you may want to bring your own sheets.

We loved our stay on your property !! We rented this property due to our stay at the hotel was unbearable, unfortunately we couldn’t cancel the reservation but we didn’t want stay in the hotel any longer. I was worried because I rented this property so fast but to my surprise the house was very neat and tidy. My kids and wife loved the room and we had a lot of space to enjoy. Everything was so conveniently close to the house. Our host was extremely responsive and caring. We will undoubtedly be returning in the future.
