We stayed for the Miami Open and the villa was in a quiet neighborhood without the hustle and bustle that you'd expect in Miami! When we got there the villa was spotless and shiny! ”My family gathered to celebrate my brother’s 60th birthday. The rooms were spacious, bathrooms clean and pool was the highlight! Great space for our group, close to beach and eateries! It’s hard when you pick a place for a group to get all you need but this place checked all of the boxes and I was pleased!”

We brought everything we needed but when we get there we realize the house had small coolers, beach chairs, beach towel, even things like sunscreen! It was awesome! ”Had a great time at this rental. It was clean, management responded quickly and they didn’t have a laundry list of things we needed to do before we left. If I could give any pointers to the management company- I would tell them that an upgrade in the towels would really elevate the high end feel of this rental. The towels were small and scratchy- but other than that it was perfect! Well stocked in the kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom, grill, pool and patio was ready to go. I would stay again...

”We stayed at this home over MA April break from school in April 2024. Accessing the home was super easy, and once inside it has absolutely everything you could need for a beach vacation. They have tons of beach stuff including umbrellas and chairs. The pool is also really nice the hottub is especially great on cool evenings. and lastly the house is in great shape, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has a bunch of extra things that you don't see in every VRBO (like cinnamon for cinnamon...

Only thing was we went to check in at 430 and a washer was being delivered ( no big) but also project manager came while we were unpacking & just entered house without saying anything and grabbed a table and fixed outside. Just odd he didn’t explain, especially when we had just got to go in and were ready to relax. We also saw online a hot tub listed but there wasn’t one”
