Breakfast food fresh and high standard ingredients aligned to the hotel brand. Given the price point a cooked breakfast option should be included not additional. I would recommend and stay again in a back located room if possibke.”

”Access is gained by using a code, but the buttons are so small you need glasses to read them. Then there is a key box next to the room door, but the buttons again are tiny and again are difficult to read. ”

”Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has heartfelt staff who made us feel welcome. The accommodation was cozy and comfortable, and we loved having a nice breakfast served right to our table each morning. The hotel itself is in a beautiful building and neighborhood, with the added convenience of having parking available. It's in a fantastic location, with several nice restaurants and a supermarket nearby. We especially enjoyed being able to easily walk to Bute Park, and from there, on to...

”Great sized room and bathroom. Was little worried about the possible noise from pub downstairs, but it was not an issue. Bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Easy to get in and out, even during early mornings, when the pub was not open. Very helpful staff. Good accommodation near the city.”
