Bring your bikinis and board shorts to this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa a short block to the gorgeous white sand beaches of Anna Maria! Updated furnishings and amenities abound at this quaint vacation destination, sure to be loved by the whole group. Enter through the front door to find yourself in the bright and beachy open-concept living area, perfect for spending quality time with the family as they enjoy home prepared meals compliments of the fully stocked kitchen. There is a king bed with TV and en-suite bath in the first bedroom, and 2 twins in the second bedroom. A private heated pool, outdoor shower, propane grill, stainless-steel appliances, cable TV, wireless internet, nationwide calling, and private laundry facilities are included with this marvelous beach getaway. Bikinis and Board Shorts accommodates up to 4 people, so grab your beach gear and come enjoy the island life!

***Bikinis and Board Shorts B can be combined with the 2 bed/1 bath A side to produce a 4 bed/3 bath family paradise with 2 pools that sleeps 8 people.

*Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. Location was excellent just steps from the beach. Perfect size for our 2 adults and 2 kids. Kitchen was outfitted, small amount of paper towels and TO were supplied. Plenty of towels. Access to the washer and dryer were a plus. Traveling with kids causes lots of laundry. We had contactless check in and check out. Parking for 2 vehicles.

Cute and convenient but needs some tlc

This property is absolutely adorable. You are seconds from the beach and even though it may be small it has a little bit of everything you might need. Just know when you rent this house, it does not come fully stocked as we were accustomed to with other rentals. You were supplied with the bare minimum. For example, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper, and you have to supply all of your hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher, and laundry pods.Sato real estate is very good at responding. And very nice to talk to. I believe the problem lies with them being the middleman between the owner. When we arrived, the backyard hadn’t been touched in weeks. There were weeds that were up to our knees and palm leaves that were dead scattered everywhere. The adorable side walkway was unusable because the bushes were grown so far over. It was seven days into our 10 day trip before this was taken care of. With all this being said, I would actually still recommend this place and still go again. I just wish they were a little more on top of things and provided a little bit more during your stay.

Vacation in Paradise

The house was easy to find and 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach. The house was immaculately clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool for pre and post beach dip. The place was conveniently located to attractions we wanted to see. We highly recommend this rental.

Nice stay!

We had a good stay here! There was construction happening on multiple houses right next to/across from the house which we know can’t be helped but photos in the listing did not reflect that. But otherwise the pool was warm and great for our family and the walk to the beach was easy. There were also beach chairs and beach/pool toys which was great, we didn’t need to buy or bring anything. We enjoyed our week!

Overall great location for kids. Utilized trolly stop one block away. Private pool was nice to have. However, dishwasher did not cleam dishes and upon checking in we realized the dishes were not left clean. Lacked proper linens such as pillow cases and spare sheets.

FYI...

Location was FABULOUS!!! Weather could have been better but only mother nature can help us out on that 😊. Just some suggestions to possibly improve the stay at this unit for future guests... Follow up with housekeeping on the essential starter pack that is offered, which was not there when we arrived. Had I known, I would have put toilet paper, paper towels, etc. with my online delivery from "loaded kitchen", which I recommend. Everything I ordered was there in the unit when we arrived 👍 I realize plastic is on kids beds in the 2nd bedroom, but I would update the mattresses and bedding. Beds are a little tough to sleep on unless you don't mind a hard matress. Bed blankets were in need of replacement too. Overall it was a nice quiet area; easy access to the free trolley. Alot to do and see, but being the weather wasn't the greatest, we didn't do all the things we wanted, but would recommend Sato Real Estate rentals.

Great location

Awesome location! Less than a 2 minute walk to the gulf beaches. House has 2 couches vs what is pictured, which is nice. Tons of beach gear: Chairs, a wagon, and towels. Old school Florida/ Anna Maria island beach house. If you’re looking to maximize your time on the beach this is a great place. If you rent a golf cart, it is tough to charge as our side didn’t have an exterior plug that our extension cord could reach.

Epic location!

This home is all about the location… steps to the sand on a quiet stretch of emerald green water! Check in was very easy and the company was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Pool was beautiful too. Would absolutely stay here again!

Cozy and relaxing

Our family had a wonderful time and will book here again. The beach is so close and my little one enjoyed the pool everyday. The island doesn’t have many attractions but if you want to relax on a gorgeous beach this is the place to be

underwhelmed! needs completely new furniture, AC & no water pressure at all, no beach chair either.

Pluses: 1) this property is in a great location. Nice & quiet & a block to the beach. That is the main reason we booked this property. 2)pool area is cute. Tiny, more of a plunge pool & smaller than it looks in the listing but still very cute. Negatives: SHABBY! They did a few renos but cheaply. Wait till you try to squeeze into the corner toilet area in master, and I'm not a big person! Obvious flooding inside, doors are peeling & delaminating at the bottoms, closet doors falling off the sliders & don't really work well, kitchen appliances are rusty, old molding is all scratched & nasty, furniture is disgusting & so stained up. The couch is so nasty & so many stains we ended up putting a sheet on it because we didn't want to sit on it. The chair beside it is also all stained up & gross looking. The recliner chair doesn't work & leather peeling off. Bar chairs all stained & rust around the nail heads. No dresser at all- only 3 tiny drawers in a small WOBBLY chest in 1 of the closets for everyone's clothes in the house. The AC is CRAP, there is a note telling you can't set it below 74 ever! Which was so hot to my menopausal self, then it broke the end of the week & was 85 inside. They give you 4 bath towels & 4 beach towels for the whole week! SERIOULSY, 4 ADULTS ONLY GOT A TOWEL EACH FOR THE WHOLE WEEK! Had to wash a load every night! I did send an email to the PM co. about all of this. They sent over 2 more towels. 2! Be aware. You get what you pay for. My 1500 words are up

Great week at the beach!

We had a great week on Anna Maria Island and Holmes Beach! The best part of the property is its proximity to the beach and local restaurants. The property is clean and spacious (pictures and description are accurate). Communication with the property management was easy, including checkin and checkout. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio in the morning and watching the sunset each night on the beach. A great spot for vacation!

The Perfect Spot!

We loved this place. The home was just what we needed for our boys, age 12. The pool was so nice to have at night, after a day at the beach, or a place for morning coffee. Location doesn’t get any better than this - 2 minute walk to beach. We can’t wait to come back.
