Cute property. Thought we got the entire house but it is split in half. We were in the back half and thankful for that. The backyard is fenced in, but there’s some big gaps around the fencing that small dogs can get out so that was a job to find stones and objects to fill in all those gaps, we weren’t aware that there was gonna be another guest with a dog in the front of the property. Their dog was very nice.Upon arrival, the toilet wouldn’t flush and didn’t have any water in it in the back door wouldn’t stay shut unless you locked it from the inside. Maintenance was there and fixed the toilet and then a day or two later, they fixed the back door so it would stay shut.The pool water was around 72 much too cold to swim in-the heater was not working. We were unable to use the pool Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Saturday finally able to use it on Sunday. That is the whole reason we stayed there was because of the pool. We were without the pool Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Saturday and I’m expecting a refund of 100 per day. 400 total.The pool company came out on three separate occasions and tried their hardest. It was tied into the Wi-Fi at some point that kept going on and off that would not allow the pool heater to stay on.The last pool guy updated the program to the panel that was outdated hanging on the fence and then set it manually -we were not able to get in the pool until Sunday.I’ve never been spoken to-so rudely as Amanda.
