  • Coral Breeze (yksiköt A ja B) on aivan uusi paratiisi. Tämän suloisen duplex-huoneen jokaisessa 2 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpypuolella on kaikki tarvitsemasi loma lomallesi. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, kylpyhuone, jossa on pääsy trooppiseen tikin terassiin ja oma lämmitetty uima-allas. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 erillistä vuodetta, ja olohuoneessa on upea vuodesohva. Keittiössä on upouudet ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja siinä on kaikki kodin mukavuudet. Olet vain 2 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kauniista Meksikonlahdesta, jossa voit katsella monia kauniita auringonlaskuja tai viettää päivän nauttimalla vain aaltojen äänistä. Katso mitä ihastuttava Anna Maria Island tarjoaa ainutlaatuisilla putiikkeillaan ja fantastisilla ravintoloillaan joko jalka tai ilmaisella vaellusretkellä. Voit jopa varata kaksipuolisen sivun molemmat puolet perhejuhlia tai suuria kokoontumisia varten, joissa voit nukkua kahdeksalla ja omata KAKSI uima-allasta ja neljä makuuhuonetta. Our house on AMI was amazing!! Perfect location with just a small walk to the beach. The pool was great and the house was very clean. Will stay here again!!

Family Vacay!

Location of the property was great! Pool was constantly 81, which was great for the kiddos, even when the outside temp was low 70s. Only wishlist for this property would be more spices (simple as salt/pepper) at the house for cooking and food storage - had to improvise on storage and buy spices. Would stay here again!

August vacation

We had a wonderful time!!! Everything was as pictured and very clean. We needed a blender and the property manager dropped one off that same afternoon. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a home within walking distance to beach. It was about a block away from public beach access. We had an amazing time!

Nice place close to beach

Good location. Quiet area and close to beach. Enjoyed the covered area which allowed us to sit outside and take a break from the sun. Only 1 mile from Pune Avenue shops. Only issue is kitchen did not have oven mitts and no grill utensils. Also no flat baking pans to heat up food in oven. Overall this was very nice

Perfect distance to the beach

Loved the closeness to the beach and private backyard pool. Decor was super cute. Just the right size for 4 adults. Very clean and fresh feel. We had a great time. Only comment would be to be aware that the second bathroom does not have an exhaust fan (or at least we never found the switch) and it got mighty hot in there after showering. Also in the master bath we could hear our neighbors conversation plain as day if they were in their master bath at the same time. We didn’t care but thought I’d make that known to future renters. Thanks again for a lovely vacation.

We love the privacy of the pool and the proximity to the beach. If I had any complaints, I would say the floors could be cleaned better and the beach cart would be better if it was a wagon.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The duplex is in a great location in regards to beach access and shopping/dining. It has a great back porch and pool area. The living room furniture is ok, not the most comfortable, and an ottoman or two would be great to add for improved comfort. The kitchen is nice, slightly tight, but functional. However, the dishwasher needs to be replaced as it washes dishes poorly, the wheels on the bottom basket keep falling off and it doesn’t dry dishes at all. Overall, this place has become our go to place when we visit AMI
