Tuore ja hauska, tässä äskettäin päivitetyssä yksikössä on muiden lomakeskusyksiköidemme puhdas, moderni estetiikka, joka on sekoitettu saumattomasti vanhaan Floridan viehättävään arkkitehtuuriin. Rullaa sängystä ja aulasta aurinkoisella yksinäisellä kannella, kun olet valmis päiväksi rannalla tai uima-altaalla. Tämä yksikkö tarjoaa täydellisen, ihanan varustetun keittiön, ylelliset kylpypyyhkeet ja erittäin viihtyisät vuoteet.
    Kuninkaalla, kahdella kaksosella ja päivitetyllä patjalla varustetulla vuodesohvalla on hieno yöunet päivän jälkeen tällä täydellisellä saarella.

Lomakeskus sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla vastapäätä Manateen yleistä rantaa, vain muutaman askeleen päässä Anna Marian saaren upeasti puhtaalta valkoiselta hiekalta.



    MI Happy Place Island Resort -hotellissa on upea täysikokoinen lämmitetty uima-allas tilavalla 30 x 40-jalkaisella uima-altaan kannella ja katettu grillipaikka, jossa on kaasugrilli. Se on täydellinen paikka kerätä iltaisin rentoutuneen päivän jälkeen rannalla. Vapaa
    Wi-Fi kattaa koko kiinteistön. Jokainen yksikkö tarjoaa myös erilaisia rantamukavuuksia - tuoleja, vaunua, sateenvarjoa ja paljon muuta.


    Lomakeskuksen mukavuudet tekevät Anna Maria Island -lomastasi rentouttavan ja nautinnollisen nopealle matkalle tai pidemmälle. Rehevä, kauniisti maisemoitu lomakeskuksen keidas sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla lähellä rantaa, lähellä sijaitsevia ravintoloita ja ostosmahdollisuuksia. Kävele kahvilassa rannalla, Skinny's Place, West Coast Surf Shop ja paljon muuta. Island Center -ostosalue, myös kävelyetäisyydellä, palvelee kaikkia ostoksesi tarpeitasi mukaan lukien päivittäistavarat, ruokapaikat ja erikoisliikkeet.     Vähintään seitsemän yön oleskelu (lauantai-sisäänkirjautuminen) vaaditaan joulukuusta pääsiäiseen. Vähintään kolmen yön oleskelu vaaditaan toukokuussa ja elokuusta marraskuuhun. Soita suoraan ja pyydä oleskelua alle seitsemän päivää kesä- ja heinäkuussa. Veneille ja perävaunuille on saatavana runsaasti pysäköintitilaa.



    VUOKRAUSMAKSU: Varaukset vaativat 25% takuumaksua, jota ei palauteta. Nämä käsirahamaksut vaaditaan varauksen vahvistamiseksi, mutta niitä maksetaan loppumaksun yhteydessä. Kaikkia maksuja ei palauteta peruutuksen yhteydessä. Jokainen varaus vaatii 100 dollaria. 00 ei palauteta käsittelymaksua. Loppumaksut erääntyvät 60 päivää ennen saapumista. Mahdollisista melupäästöistä poliisin toimesta myöntämät liput ovat vieraan vastuulla, ja ne voivat johtaa välittömään häätöön ilman vuokran tai talletusten palautusta.

Great Oasis!

We had a great stay! Wonderfully landscaped area, felt like our own tropical oasis. Our kids enjoyed the pool everyday. Appreciated the little touches, like all the beach décor of the place and the outdoor patio furniture. Neighbors at other rental spaces super friendly. I would recommend and stay again =)

The property was very nice. Location to the beach was great and having the wagon and chairs and umbrella to use was such a nice extra. The pool was nice, just steps away from our cottage. The only issue we had was not having a blind in our kitchen window but the owner happened to be there and put one in for us right away. We will be back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I spent a week at Mi Happy place / sea horse . The unit was very clean , well kept and looked as is did in the website . It was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach ,which was very convenient. The pool was also great ! We would definitely stay here only small recommendation would be to have a Keurig coffee machine instead of the basic brewing machine . I couldn't justify buying a pack of 100 filters and a bag of coffee for a week for just myself . A small box of coffee pods would have made more sense to me . Otherwise, no complaints at all. It wasn't our first visit to Anna Maria Island and it definitely won't be our last.

Close to everything!

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of this unit and lack of amenities. It was so easy to check in, the pool was simply amazing and a quick trip across the street and you were at the beach. So close to grocery store and great restaurants. Manager Ken was responsive and said loud a/c would be looked at but never heard or saw a technician. However, this place needs a deep clean especially the floors! The light grout is now black and the freezer and shower has rust. It would be nice if the owners would have supplied simple amenities such as salt and pepper, hand soap, toilet paper and coffee filters.

Everything was very clean, owner responded promptly, pool area was nice. We enjoy walking and everything we needed was within walking distance. Restaurants, beach, church, grocery store, shopping, ice cream. We chose not to rent a car, and worked out well for us. The uber from Sarasota airport was about $40. I gave the location a 4 star, just because not much for a few when sitting outside the resort and the road to cross to get to the beach is busy. I would come back!

Great location, quiet, felt like home

Only a walk across a street to Manatee Beach, 2 blocks from Publix and Pharmacy, less than 2 miles walk or bike to multiple restaurants. Amenities were great, multiple beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon were very nice bene's. Pool was heated located just next to our unit, spacious yard for our dog, spacious parking adjacent to our unit. Furnishings were good, comfortable king size bed, pull out couch well used...could be updated...cushions lost their firmness. Ample supply of extra USB ports in bedrooms and living area. Decent supply of house supplies, but toilet paper was only a partial roll...should have at least a full roll. Overall....a very nice place...a duplex but felt like a single unit home, thankful didn't have to go multiple floors, and access to pool, parking and yard space was ideal.... Definitely a come back place!

Easy peasy! Place felt very clean. Love the location and pool. Only complaint is it got hot when sleeping at night (but it is Florida 🤷‍♀️) and the ceiling fan in the bedroom with 2 beds clicks making it hard for me to sleep. (Light sleeper here) Luckily only slept in there a few nights when my 4 year old wanted me to- didn’t seem to effect her sleep any. Loved being a short walk to Publix- very convenient. Also all the beach items provided were a huge help! Never could’ve carried all our stuff and a baby without the wagon! Would stay again :)

A few steep to your right and you were on the beach, we you can play sand volleyball, enjoy a sunset, collect seashells (mornings are the best) or enjoy a pina colada at the Tiki Bar. A few steps to your left and you will find grocery store (reasonable priced), liquor store, Walgreens, and some cute store fronts. We took advantage of the free trolly at the beach and visited both end of the Island. Bridge Street, located on the bay side had great restaurants and variety of shops. We saw multiple dolphins on the pier. The house had everything we need and more, the beds were very comfortable and enough seating for a family gathering. We ate dinner outside and BBQ’s a few times during our stay. We didn’t need to rent any chairs or umbrella for the beach. We loaded up the wagon (was provided) with the cooler, chairs, umbrella, volleyball, and football and headed to the beach to enjoy the soft white sand. We enjoyed the pool daily! It was a nice spot to hang out together, play water games, sunbath, hang out in the hammocks, or play card games while enjoying the beautiful view. We hope to come back and fill the fourth house with more families members.

While I have been to Florida many time, this was the first to AMI and we will definitely be back. MI Happy Place was perfect for your family getaway. Excellent location on the Island. I would recommend some general maintenance. The air conditioner ran extremely loud. Not sure if this is due to the age of the air conditioner or if it just need some up keep. I would also say that our Sea Horse units kitchen cabinets are showing age. Some of the doors didn't close all the way and its just time for a refresh/update. Our family rented 3 of the 4 units and between us a few of the beach umbrellas were broken and unusable and the beach chairs are very rusty. I would recommend investing in new umbrellas and chairs yearly. Overall this is an excellent property and we will be back.

This place is awesome and so conveniently located to all stores needed and the best part is the beach is right across the street. The pool was kept very clean and is heated at a comfortable temp. Each unit is furnished with everything you need, included beach wagons, toys, chairs & umbrellas. We had many cool days & nights and it was nice to have cozy blankets to snuggle up with. Someday we hope to return to Mi Happy Place.

Great location and amenities

This was a perfect vacation spot for us and our daughter. We were a block from the beach. And the pool was lovely. We even befriended our vacationing neighbors. The house is exactly as described. All your beach and pool supplies are included. There is also a very convenient washer/dryer on the property. The Publix super market is a ten minute walk away. The management company was super responsive to any calls and emails while preparing for our trip.

Our Happy Place

Great location. Exactly as represented. Beach, shopping and Trolley stop all close. The island is very walkable and access to its entirety is fairly easy. Pool is great. Residence is clean and well accommodated. Some things showing some wear but overall in good condition. Property Management is always accessible and willing to help. We never had any major issues.
