Free Trolley runs every 20 minutes. Two stops available right in front of house. There are also golf carts, and bikes available for rent. Free Monkey bus will come and pick you up and drive you around also.

Starter supplies: we provide a starter kit of essentials like shampoo, soap, and toilet paper to get you settled in. For longer stays, you will need to purchase additional supplies for a nearby store. Beach Gear provided to make your beach. Perfect, we provide the following for your use:beach, wagon, beach towels, beach, chairs, beach, umbrellas, and sand toys.
Two Cars per guests. Guests must use the two parking spaces behind the unit (between the first and second building.) No parties. No pets of any kind allowed on premises. Any additional visitors must be disclosed prior to arrival as there are strict occupancy rules on AMI which must be adhered to.
