Hotel is immaculate and clean, as if it was new. All staff very helpful and professional. Only downside is, if you want to stop the fan and light being on constantly, you have to pull the room card out of it's slot. Making the required trip to 'ease springs' in the early hours an adventure. Otherwise ...

Lovely old hotel
The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were quite small, but nicely decorated. The one thing that bothered us was that the first room we got, smelled so badly of mold we had to change rooms. The breakfast was in a beautiful restaurant and it was quite nice, but the chairs were so dirty I couldn't sit ...

One night stay for black sabbath concert. My bag were brought already in my room when i arrived after the concert. Very helpful and friendly staff. Bit far away from birmingham centre
