”I don't know what to say other than I have sent my review to YHA with "top marks" for everything. From the friendly welcome received on check-in to the cleanliness of the room allocated, everything was absolutely perfect for the overnight stay. I slept very well & enjoyed the morning coffee in the café downstairs. It was all spot-on and excellent value for money. I will recommend to friends and I would like to book to stay there again. ”

”Great one night stay. The room was lovely and the bed was super comfortable. I also loved the breakfast hamper in the room - the hotel doesn’t do a formal breakfast, however a very good hamper is provided in your room with granola, dried fruit mix, cornflakes, croissants and apples. There’s also tea/coffee, and milk and yogurt in the fridge. I thought this was a great idea and it was all included in the cost of the room. I would definitely stay there again. ”

The brass-rail bed was super comfortable and my breakfast was cooked excellently by Peter, the other half of this welcoming (and hardworking) couple.
