”Stayed for 5 nights, lovely cottage with everything in it you could want. Owner has great communication and is very nice ”

”Room was great, looks like recently redecorated (if not, then looked like new), and the breakfast food was great. Staff was very friendly.”

”The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they weren’t sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO.”

”Our room overlooked the river Dee with a bay window and armchairs to enjoy the view. A big super king sized bed. Good tea tray and water. Spacious bathroom. Dinner was very good .breakfast was lovely portions. Staff very helpful and efficient ”

”Stayed in two different rooms as I had to unexpectedly extend my stay. The staff are absolutely lovely, and very helpful, room service and restaurant are both excellent. I would recommend opting for one of the “deluxe” options, as there is a significant difference in room quality compared to the standard room. ”

”Ample parking, spa facilities were lovely and bed was very comfy. Staff were fantastic and would do anything they could to help, make a work stay a lot more enjoyable. ”

”My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to...

”Just returned from a short break up in north Wales having stayed at Tŷ Tabitha Wynne. The communication up to and during the stay was great from Fliss and we felt very welcome upon arrival. The house has had a lot of love put into it and it’s great that the original features and building methods have been preserved. The house is well equipped and cosy.
