”Very clean, very adequate. Super close to so much, yet not on the main road. Back in the woods, no thru traffic. Maintained very well. Will stay at again when we visit again. Super easy check out, not having to do everything before you leave, just take our your trash, put towels in hamper and start dishwasher... Simple! Y'all gotta go to Peck's Old Port Seafood in Ozello, it's awesome. We also went to the Mertailor Aquarium and Mermaid show.. LOVED IT!! Great place to stay!!”

”The boathouse was perfect for me and my husband! We had everything we needed, took full advantage of the kayak and spent hours on the water!! It was just beautiful and we saw so many manatee!! The bed was comfy and the shower was great! Teddi goes above and beyond to make sure you’ve got everything you need including info about restaurants etc. I hope we’re lucky enough to stay here again someday.”

”The rental is right on the water and the area is beautiful. The watercrafts were in poor shape but we brought our own and it was amazing to be near the river. The place was clean and had all of the basics and comforts of home. The floor is not steady and I'm not sure what that is about but we loved our stay there!!!”

”This was exactly what we thought it would be. Please know that if you are an outdoors type person and just need a place to watch tv while you fall asleep then this is for you. Keep in mind it is small but very comfortable. Woke up and had my coffee with about 25 manatee in the water just outside the camper!! How neat to see them and all the fish and sharks too. Would definitely stay here again and try my luck at fishing next time. Outdoor shower did not disappoint and the water was nice and hot!...

”Location is far enough that it's gave the quiet serene feeling we were looking for. We even got to see firefly's for the first time since we were all kids. The road leading to the house is unpaved so please be careful. The property manager stayed on property near by in case we needed anything. Apologies if we watched movies to loud.”

”This house looks newly renovated. The kitchen appliances are impressive, as is the entire house. The bed was super comfortable, bedding and towels were good quality. The location is close to anything you need yet far enough out to be away from traffic. Parking is large enough for a truck and boat trailer useful as the boat ramp is only five minutes away.”

”Outstanding location, near waterfront, tourist venues such as boat rentals, and several eateries. House was very clean and fully equipped. Although entirely satisfactory, this is an old house and has some quirks, such as a toilet sticking out of a closet in one bedroom and a very spongy floor in some places. We were happy with the house.”

”Our family was looking for an all in one place by the river to stay, and Joanne’s house hit the mark. The house was large enough for a family of five to sleep comfortably, and with the water out back we spent hours fishing and kayaking. We also loved making s’mores each night at the fire pit. The property was calm, quiet, and beautiful, and from start to finish I couldn’t have been happier with communication and support from our host.”
