”The location was great and the cafe downstairs was very good for breakfast. However, we didn’t get the room (with 2 beds) that we booked and paid for for the first night as we arrived later in the evening. Had to change rooms in the following morning with quite a lot of hassle and the staff didn’t quite do what they promised upon arrival. Also, we had couple of very big cockroaches in our bathroom that we ended up killing ourselves, which wasn’t nice. Hotel only cleans rooms every 5 days so that...

”We are from the Waikiki area but this is the first time I've stayed at the Queen Kap. I get coffee in their lobby all the time when I come to town. I was there with my elderly father to bring him back to the island one last time to relive and revisit his childhood memories. The hotel was a perfect location for us because he grew up in Kaimuki neighborhood. I was able to arrange an electric scooter that allow him to get around the property and the area. In and out valet parking was great,...

”We had a great stay at Romer. It's good value for money. The hotel is in great condition, recently renovated. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, good AC, big bathroom and nice views from the balcony. The pool area is nice and staff extremely friendly. The location might not be the best, but in the end of the day everything is within walking distance on Waikiki so we didn't mind the walk to the beach and restaurants. Can definitelt recommend and looking forward to coming back!”

”It was ok to stay over two nights and explore Honolulu and Waikiki beach. Other side of the road there is a nice restaurant called Goofy(s) which had a excellent breakfast. Good service at the lobby. Not a place if you want to stay at the hotel and enjoy the pool etc.”
