A renovated and family-friendly holiday home that is fully equipped. Situated on the historic 'West-Friese Omring' dike, directly on the glistening 'Marker' lake (also known as the 'IJsselmeer'). From the holiday home you can enjoy a unique view of an authentic Dutch mill, relaxing views and the sounds of nature. The perfect location for both relaxation and adventure.

Centrally located just 3.5 km from historic Hoorn and 1.2 km from the beach and kitesurfing spot, you can effortlessly discover the area.

* Bedroom 1: 1 double bed. Extra: crib and/or camping bed
* Bedroom 2: 2 single beds. Extra: possibly 2 bed rails available
* Bedroom 3: 2 single beds. Extra: bed drawer up to max. 80 kilos for a 7th person (on request)

🏡 Rooms in the house:
* Dining room with patio doors and a view of the mill & sheep
* Fully equipped kitchen (incl. basic supplies, coffee/tea, detergents)
* Cozy living room with access to an enclosed private terrace
* Bathroom + separate toilet (with toilet paper, soap, towels)
* Floor with 3 bedrooms + play area (stair gates available)
* Shared garden with owners; with lawns, trampoline, campfire area, seating areas and a forest path.

Complete baby or toddler equipment available for a small additional charge.

Extras on request (€):
* Guided tour of the mill with the miller (€2.50 p.p.)
* Massage, kundalini or reiki threatment in the holiday home
* Workshops/activities with Bamboo in the Bamboegarden in Schellinkhout for outings with friends of family!
* Grocery service
* Wood for the campfire for free, homemade soap, walnuts from our own garden
* Late check-in or check-out

🏷️ Extra costs- Tourist tax: €3.50 p.p. (from 13 years) per night + deposit of €125.-
