Always enjoy our time here but it was a shock to find that access to the spa is no longer included. Expedia should make this clear on their website as the reviews all say how lovely the spa is butno mention of the ÂŁ15 per person each day required which puts an additional ÂŁ60 on an overnight stay ...

Awful experience. Left a day early as had no sleep due to faulty and noisy radiator. Hotel it self is run down and needs a good tidy up. Went to the bar for some drinks, no staff around and 80s cocktail bar music blaring, not a great atmosphere to relax and chat with friends. I emailed the hotel ...
