”Rooms were decent but bedding wasn't clean or changed. Shower was leaking water the whole time wasn't able to plug the tub for a bath for my toddler. Morning staff are lazy had been left on hold for 1hr for reservations confirmation. Tv reception was crappy couldn't connect to wifi or connect my phone to.the tv for movies to watch. Sketchy homeless people everywhere inside and outside. Pool was freezing cold to swim in, no towels in the pool area. $30 to have your cat or dog per night.

”The staff is very welcoming and friendly! The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. It was the perfect location to walk into downtown for our sled dog events. They do not have a pool or spa, but you are able to use the facilities at the Captain Cook hotel which is across the street.”

”The place was very clean and cozy. They were very accommodating to our needs. Breakfast was delish, especially the French toast. Maria and her husband were nuce, friendly and helpful. It was home away from home. Thanks for a great stay!”

”There was quiet a lot of hair strands on the bed, not sure if it was after drying them and getting stuck on the sheets.
The front desk staff were very kind and helpful during check in and checking out. Overall, our stay went smooth and it was good. Would highly recommend to a friend if they needed a hotel to stay at. ”
