”I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. When I arrived to check in, there was no one at the front desk. After waiting, I politely made my presence known. When a staff member finally came to assist me, I explained that I was checking in. To my surprise, I was told there was no room available, despite having spoken with hotel staff the night before and being assured that a note would be placed on my reservation regarding my late arrival. What made the situation even worse...

The entire first floor smelled like weed, the breakfast (that we paid for) was not great (eggs were rubbery), the sink in our room did not drain, and the entire hotel was out of towels. ”I always stay at Hampton Inns bc as a woman traveling alone, I always feel safe on the property. I am accustomed to the good overall service , including the cleanliness of the breakfast area. Minor things were lacking at this Hampton Inn, Robbinsville, NJ: 1. Room not ready at check-in. Room ready at 3:20 pm. Parking lot indicated that the motel was fairly empty. Why as my room Not ready. ”Room was mostly clean- bug in the bathroom, stains on the sheets, bed. The floor was disgusting, coverlet old with no actual blanket but the most agrevating thing was the lack of coffee with my in room coffee maker, and the pathetic "continental breakfast" bananas, a few bagels, white bread. Jelly and cream cheese provided. I would have gone somewhere else if this is what I had expected.”
