”This is by far the best place to stay around New Hope. The staff was amazing, super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything felt very relaxing. The breakfast was incredible — honestly as good as a 5-star hotel. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back again. Highly recommend!”

We had a bad experience with the cleanliness of the room; there were dirty spots in various places, including the bed's duvet. We called reception, and they resolved the issue that same night and offered to move us to a different room the next day. The buffet food was good, with a variety of options. The staff was excellent and very attentive. Overall it was a good experience.”

”Only thing good about the property is the Starbucks is next door & check in was fast.
Start, we were checked in by Michelle. We got checked in early & Michelle made it seem like it was a favor she did for us even though the hotel was only at 25% if that.
My kids went to ask about the pool & was told there was never a pool here. I was here April 2024 & was clean & had pool & microwave in room. We later found out it’s under new management NOT IHG anymore. They removed the pool & microwave due...

”Upon arrival they have us keys to our room. Once we walked in the rooms was not cleaned. The receptionist did resolve this by giving us another room, however my Daughters room was not ready until after 4 although check in was at 3:00. Otherwise no complaints”
