”It was almost "just right". I wish there was a small shelf in the room by the bed, a place for the remote or reading glasses. The instructions weren't very clear about what to do with the room key (place them in the box by the pool-what pool). Also the bathtub is slippery when wet. Good location, close to everything but also not the nice part of town at all.”

”The staff were great and helpful. The room and pools were worn down and need renovating badly. Our shower drain cover kept moving and the tiles were loss and gross. The pool was huge but there was missing and loose tiles on the side that kept falling off.”

”We have been in several motels while our trip in Usa, but this was the worst. Very noisy because of the carting and the road nearby, hallways to the rooms had lots of dirt, cigarette stumps and rainboots? Pool was closed, our faucet had a leak. Room were not properly cleaned and we did not feel safe there at night. We heard a few gunshots at night, alltough that was not a motels fault. Good things: price was low and the Staff were nice.”

”We had a wonderful stay for our 25th anniversary. The Oak room was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast for both days was amazing. We look forward to staying there again on our next trip to Hot Springs.”

”Newly remodeled and very nice and clean. I wish there was a clothes rack/rod of some sort to hang my clothes, as we were in Hot Springs for a funeral and had dressy clothes that needed to be hung. It also would have been nice to have had an iron and ironing board, but I don't think the rooms come equipped with those. We received so many different emails with gate and room codes that it was a bit confusing. Overall, we were happy with the room as it was very clean, which is what it most important...

”The TV channel were on and off when watching a program also the breakfast was not even half way to par standard. The only person that seemed to care was the night person she was somewhat helpful. Also my grand daughter could not swim the weather was not that bad it had just stop raining didn’t even attempt to check.All in all I will not stay in Super 8 by Wyndham Hotel ever again. Thank you”
