”The hotel staff was extremely hospitable. The breakfast that was bought with the room was simply fantastic (in most hotel it is an overprice affair; here it was excellent, varied and plentiful). The restaurant staff was also extremely helpful and equally hospitable.
The rooms were interestingly decorated and comfortable but also different from the typical bland hotel rooms.
The hotel offers many uniquely attractive features that we enjoyed it very much.

”Hotel is a easy walk to downtown...more of a challenge back (hill). Parking was easy out back and hotel has nice restaurant/bar downstairs (was very busy the night we were there.). Surprisingly, even though the room was over the bar and next to busy road, it was quite quiet. The only downside to the hotel was lack of elevator but at least there was only one floor.😁”
”Stayed here over the weekend. Location is great, just a short walk from Pulteney Bridge and the centre. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the possibility to make some coffee at your own room was nice too. A bath tub would have been a bonus, but otherwise there was nothing to complain about.”
