”For the price, the hotel did not stand up to other properties. Very little in the way of dining. The AC in our living room did not work. Maintainence came but didnt fixed it, left a fan insteas. Temperature was at the consistent 27 C our 3 day stay. Parking off site. Location of hotel was near points of interest and restaurants. Staff was helpful.”

”Immaculate and royal-ish property I have ever stayed. Feel like a queen in her elegant palace which original stones exterior and classical and well care interior. Room design with chandeliers in both bed and bathrooms, mirrors. Fancy carpet in bedroom and marble in bathroom. A Stand-alone bathtub and a shower. ”Lovely hotel with excellent amenities. Well appointed rooms, super comfortable and really nice staff. Zero complaints. Wonderful stay and would recommend to all! We stayed in a large room which was really spacious, great air con which we didn’t have to touch during our stay which was in the heatwave. Fab breakfast, lovely touches like the pantry! Excellent.”

”The room is best described as a hotel pod! Very tiny, best suited for solo travellers for sure! Not suitable for tall people lol as our room at least was only 6 feet wide and the bed was the full of it. The bathroom did not have a closing door so no privacy at all for someone using the bathroom. The glass sliding door does not fully close. The room was clean. Staff were friendly. ”Stayed here over the weekend. Location is great, just a short walk from Pulteney Bridge and the centre. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the possibility to make some coffee at your own room was nice too. A bath tub would have been a bonus, but otherwise there was nothing to complain about.”
