”I booked a deluxe double room and prepaid. When I checked in there was an extremely foul stench coming from the bathroom and into the room. I was told it had something to do with the rain and the drains. It was unbearable, and they gave me a spray but that did nothing as I was spraying every few minutes to the point that the spray ran out. I then was asked to move to another room, but the room I was moved to was the only one available which was a smaller room, and it too had the same foul...

”Overall it's a nice hotel, rooms are comfortable, breakfast was good and the pool is really nice. I was a bit disappointed by the fact that the elevators were small and usually busy (not great during the coronavirus pandemic) and by the fact that the staff quoted me an incorrect rate on car rental, only correcting the rate 2 hours before the rental was supposed to start (making it substantially more expensive, and importantly, shifting it from cheaper than a private rental to more expensive)....

”Breakfast was simple, English Breakfast & America Breakfast. English Breakfast was the better of the two. Would have preferred a Ghanaian Breakfast too & more variety. Rooms were cleaned. Staff was amazing & helpful. Its in a safe & good part of the City. Lots of Stores, Restaurants, Pubs, Clubs close by the Hotel. Definitely worth it for the price.”

”I liked the room set up.
I didn't like the fact that there was no robe in the closet.
I also found a tiny cockroach in the the bathroom. Hopefully it's just a one off incident. Otherwise infestation must be checked for.
