”Clean room, friendly staff and great location!”

”Not happy with the way the room was heated. It was a in-wall unit. It was hard to control. The fan ran intermittently and when it ran it was very loud it was. I was unable to put it on a low speed and could not control the temperature”

”We had a issue with a hotel in St. Louis, so we drove to Quincy and arrived at midnight, the front desk person was awesome. I mistakenly made the reservation in Quincy for 2/27 because we were in a hurry leaving St. Louis but your staff changed it for us to 2/20. Your hotel was beautiful, everything was fresh and clean far more than we expected. ”

”Very basic but clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room didn't have a hair dryer and our family members room was missing the luggage rack. Overall definitely met our needs for a short overnight stay.”

”The vending machines look really nice, but they don’t work. They charged my card 8x. I called the hotel to figure out what happened. The first gentleman dismissed it, and said it wasn’t a big deal. They’ll just “fall off”. I waited a week, and they didn’t. I called back again and talked to the GM. She kept interrupting me while I was speaking. She seemed so bothered that I called about something so minuscule. I will have to wait weeks for them to do anything. The stay itself was okay. The pool...

”Extremely disappointed in our stay here. Nowhere did it state that the entire hotel is being remodeled. It looked condemned when we pulled in. The smell was awful and there were fans everywhere. Im sure it will be great when its done, but for what we walked into, we should have just stayed at a seedy motel. ”

”Room was clean enough. I had major issues with the noise. I was on the first floor...it sounded like there was a rodeo going on upstairs, complete with horses, bucking broncos and some clown with a vacuum cleaner....at 8PM! I'm surprised they weren't yelling yeehah and announcing an 8-second bull ride. They didn't have my reservation...they apparently sold out to econo lodge within the week I was booked. Characters hanging outside the doors smoking seemed kinda shady so I didn't feel real safe...

”This is the second year we rented from Michael. He goes above and beyond to make sure we have all the things we need. The house is perfectly decorated and clean. There are enough places to accommodate our group of 3 adults. The property is conveniently located to shopping and dining. Strongly recommed this place.”

”Neighborhood looked a little sketch but was fine. Upstairs apartment. Tons of food already there. Plenty of heat which was important since the temps were in the teens. Great TVs with many channel options. ”

”Quaint homr, great location and clean. Only one downside, the only bathroom is in one of the bedrooms. Since it was only my husband and myself, this wasnt an issue. We used it as our dressing room.”
