”Muy buenas instalaciones en cuanto a alberca y tamaño de habitaciones. Muy buena atención en recepción. El aire acondicionado en la habitación apenas enfría independiente de la temperatura que se elija (habitación cedros ). La primera noche decidí cenar en el restaurante del hotel y la experiencia fue mala. El primer platillo lo tuve que cambiar por otro y el plato principal estuvo muy malo ( pescado ) no lo devolví pues preferí ya irme a dormir y no quejarme de lo mismo por 2a ocasión en la...

”Loved this hotel. Pool area is beautiful and great for children too. Staff is welcoming and polite. We got a renovated room on the fourth floor which was perfect, huge and spotless. I cannot say about the rooms that have not yet been refurbished. The wifi is very bad, but that is propably the case in all of the hotels in the area.”

”A wonderfully polished and upscale hotel with amazing views, picturesque and close to all the activities one could wish for in Patagonia. The Moreno wing is definitely the one to stay at given it is more modern. The gym, the spa and the daily activities were great complements for a fully relaxed yet active vacation in this amazingly beautiful part of Argentina. ”

”We had an amazing stay. Air conditioning was top notch. Breakfast & Dinner were 5 star. Staff were obviously very well managed and trained. I would have thought we were at a 5 star restaurant. WiFi was strong and fast. Would definitely stay here again!!”

”The hotel is a good choice in Buenos Aires. Recoleta is lovely and peaceful neighborhood, and the hotel is quite lovely. The rooms are spacious and clean, though the beds could be more comfortable. The hotel gym is decent, and the spa with two saunas is a great addition which really makes this hotel to stand out compared to others. The breakfast is great and in my opinion really South-American in style. On the down side, the pool at the roof was a disappointment - the water level is at approx 70...
