”Uniikki, hieman rokimpi hotelli, jossa joka nurkassa pieniä yksityiskohtia, joita katsella. Huoneet värikkäät, mustaa ja sinistä tai punaista. Huonekoko pieni, toinen huoneistamme todella mini. Sängyt erittäin tukevat ja hyvät nukkua. Aamiainen hyvä, hieman tuunattu modernimmaksi. Henkilökunta avuliasta ja kielitaitoista. Kävelymatkan päässä kaikkialta,”

”Keskitasoa hieman heikompi huoneistohotelli kävelyetäisyydellä rautatieasemasta ja kaupungin nähtävyyksistä. Huoneet sinänsä aivan toimivat mutta kaipaisivat kunnon pintaremonttia sekä parempaa päivittäistä kunnossapitoa viihtyvyyden ja asumismukavuuden parantamiseksi. Keittiössä astioista paikalla vain pieni osa, wc-tila nuhjuinen, kylpyammeen suihkuverho ulottui katosta vain puolen metrin päähän ammeen reunasta eikä siis suojannut juurikaan, ei hiustenkuivaajaa huoneessa (sai vastaanotosta...

”Extremely good customer service which made us feel extremely welcome. The location couldn’t have been any better if you think about all the ‘Grand Ile’, land marks or a tram stop. Also a walk from the railway station took only 10min. A breakfast was really good but price (32€) is double the price other hotels provide so we had the breakfast mostly in other hotels. ”We stay regularly at this hotel but one matter remains the same every time. Fitness room equipment are always in some extent broken or malfunctioning. This time cross-trainer worked in both visits few minutes before shutting down. Furthermore multifunctional weight device was partially broken. In every visit I mention these matters but there is limited or no progress in relation to these. This is rather unacceptable for five star hotel. ”

I did not really like suroundings of the hotel due to difficulty to find transport to the tram station and the area that the hotel was located at was a little far from society.”

”This Hotel was a hidden gem on it's category. Everything they serve is good and proper, rooms are nice, service comes with smile and in English too. Outside pool was small and narrow and a bit outdated, but served the purpose fine and is constantly maintained. Rooms are really nice and all amenities work well.
