”Lovely breakfast. Rooms are nice but room I actually paid for was 'overbooked' so down graded. Compensated with desert but not the same as the suit we were looking forward to. Had room service which was quick but food very basic. Nice breakfast though. Fire alarm went off at 6.30am which was apparently 2nd day on trot so pretty much ruined the nice relaxing lay in side of the stay.”

”Situated in the back street of a residential estate. Surrounded by loud activity outside. People congregated close by revving their car. Cars driving past and hearing everything happening outside made me feel unsafe. I didn’t stay. I left immediately. ”
