”As far as our room trash was only emptied once in our room 1 time in three days no beds made. And ants were every where. There were ants at different times crawling on me in the bed , but I did not know it was a noted problem that they knew about. I killed those 3 ants and the I seen 2 in the shower killed those. Then went to bed and my gf. Found ants traps in the floor.this place is a very nice place and the price was good but we could have done with out the ants.”

”This was our first stay at The Parkman and we loved it. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable. The in room coffee was very good! The staff was friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations.”

”The room was clean and check in instructions were easy to follow. Breakfast was delicious each day. Parking was fine but sometimes not enough space to park at the end of the day. Not too much they can do about that. The only thing that was lacking was not enough utensils/plates/bowls etc in the room. The view was amazing and the property provided a great deal of privacy. I would definitely recommmend this location and stay here again.”

”I stayed at the same hotel chain near Legoland about a month ago and expected the Alcoa Airport location to offer a similar experience, but unfortunately, I was mistaken. The hotel has a very strong musty smell throughout the property. Everyone in my family experienced allergy symptoms after the first night. Housekeeping is not provided daily; instead, rooms are serviced every other day for guests staying five nights or more, which was disappointing. The air conditioning was also not working...

”I loved the parking and the quaintness. The value for the money was definitely worth it. The room was very clean. The check in was seamless and I like that it is privately owned by a family. The downside is when I arrived the TV was on loud, I thought maybe housekeeping kept it on while cleaning but once I got completely moved in and settled I turned the TV off only to hear the screeching AC unit. I could have complained or asked to be moved but I’m disabled and the last thing I wanted to do...

”Grounds had weeds all over, black mold in bathroom, shower mat had large hole in the middle of it. Lack of detail on keeping the place up.”

”The sound in the rooms was very loud, I could hear everything that was being said in the other room and it really interfered with my rest. The room was cleaned, but not well. The TV was dirty and there was a lot of dust. I like this hotel chain, but I didn't like this one.”

”The property itself was nice, but the room was one of the smallest rooms I've stayed in for a long time. And the caulking in the shower needed to be replaced. There was mold in it. Other than that it was fine.”

”DISGUSTING!!!! I have NEVER left a bad review until now. This place was absolutely awful. Roaches crawling on the walls. Stains on the towels. A brown poop looking substance on the wall beside the toilet. Staines that appeared to be either blood or Taco Bell sauce on walls and doors. Mold everywhere in the bathroom. Floors unswept. Worms walking on the walls. Stains on curtains. This was a first and last for me within 10 minutes of walking into the room.”

”I stayed there for 3 days traveling for work and I was moved to 2 different rooms because the rooms was infested with roaches. I ain’t even bring my stuff inside. I got videos and pictures of me up at 3 am killing them on repeat”
